With the pricing of this machine more should be done when and if the machine start to malfunction. Especially if you want repeat customers. "

"The software did not do what their advertising material claimed as far as exporting receipts to Quickbooks. Their technical support personnel were not at all knowledgeable about the issue. However they did not try to convince me not to return the item & they sent the instructions, label, etc. right away. "

I almost didn't buy your scanner because the online reviews were so bad, mostly because of your very poor customer service. While I'm glad I got the scanner, I would say that customer service is still an issue."
