"This was my first purchase from The Pond Outlet, but it definitely won't be my last! The customer support is superior, and the quality of the pond plants equally so.
The owner of this company does not do the usual "9-5" version of customer support! I sent a customer support email quite late in the evening, never expecting a response at such a late hour .... and was surprised to receive a personal reply moments later. Further back and forth dialogue answered all of my questions and I was able to conclude my purchase of live pond plants then and there.
The pond plants have arrived, in excellent condition, despite the fact that it was 100 here in Texas where I live on the day of delivery. The great condition of these fragile plants despite the heat is obviously due to careful preparation and packaging at the shipping end, and the fact that Pond Outlet ships ALL live plants by FedEx second day air, even for small orders. The shipping price charged to me was very reasonable - even less than I would have expected with a non-priority shipment. I was told exactly when my plants would be shipped (the following Monday or Tuesday) and when they would be delivered (two days later). And arrival was right on schedule.
I am now eager to buy more from The Pond Outlet. As most pond enthusiasts know, finding a wide variety of healthy pond plants by mail (floating, submerged, hard and tropical lilies, etc) is not an easy task. The inventory of The Pond Outlet is outstanding, and the prices delightful. "

He was extremely professional; answering all of my questions and providing excellent advice regarding pump options to consider for replacing our 7 year old stream pump. The pump arrived in just a couple of business days and the online video clip illustrating how to retrofit our pump fittings to the new AquaSurge pump was very helpful allowing for a smooth and quick installation. After installation the pump has more than met the stream flow rates that we were hoping to experience. We are also looking forward to seeing the energy savings with the 250 watt AquaSurge pump vs. our old 625 watt pump."
