"I inquired about the cost of shipping an antique bar mirror with them. It is a large mirror that could not ship via normal UPS, it had to go freight. After an associate misquoted the first time, a manager stepped in and quoted me a freight price of $349.00 + $150 for a specialty box. She even confirmed it the next day with a phone call. That was within reason with the buyer of the mirror, so I put down a deposit, so they could order the box. Two days later someone else contacted me saying that they had misunderstood the information and that the price would now be $3200.00. Which is totally outrageous, considering they had quoted and accepted a deposit on the order.
It appears that the UPS Stores do not train their associates in the use of freight shipping.
If you are planning on shipping something, avoid going through the UPS Stores!"
"I travel a half hour, one way, to go to the UPS store in New Providence, NJ. Every time I go there, Steve and Lea make it so easy for me to drop off and mail my packages. They are super efficient and always polite. There are not too many places that provide such wonderful customer service and I know that, every time I go to their store, I will be met with a smile and a helping hand. I can't say enough about this fantastic store!"

"I leased a mailbox 3/2020 (for 3 months). After 3 weeks of not receiving any mail I contacted the US Post Office who investigated. They're result is my mail was delivered to the UPS store (670) and I couldn't contact the store because they would be closed (of course) for a week because of COVID-19. I contacted UPS customer service whose reply was non-concerning and contained no solution. It has been exactly 2 months and still no mail, the UPS store is open, under new management and they have no clue what happened to my mail. Contact with the UPS customer service has been frustrating (being nice). If negative number was available for a rating, my experience would be reflected in this rating.

"yesterday I went to the UPS Store on Martin Rd, Dublin, Ohio. I've shipped from this location many times in the past, before Covid 19. I had to ship 2 toys and one baby outfit to my granddaughter. I sent on vtech toy, baby outfit for a 1 year old and one small ball. It cost me 30.99 plus a box charge of 6.79. I told the employee I wanted to send this cheapest way; no rush at all. I have never paid this much for a delivery of such small items; I believe it's because of the current covid conditions. Yes, I know I could have gone somewhere else but I'm trying to make limited stops as I recently had cancer surgery. I'm very frustrated with this cost; it's just not right. "

SUPER FRIENDLY... always has a smile, I don’t care what the weather maybe outside.
She enjoys her work... it shows in her professional demeanor and the methods she performs her tasks.
Please give her a raise, bonus, promotion or something... she is at the store daily, providing services structured by UPS for the surrounding community.

"I had a delivery sent to the local ups store. Two weeks after delivery, I get a call from the store stating that they have the package and a $5 delivery charge plus $5 per day for storage.
They went on to day owe them $60 total but they’ll give me a discount.
When I got to the store they said $25 and I could take the package.
It felt like they had held the package without contacting me in order to collect the phantom storage fee.
I will not and suggest no one fall for this. Other places will hold packages and inform you when they arrive for free."
