"I am a former employee. I had contacted the corporate office as well as the general manager of Idaho to report incidents of harassment and verbal abuse within the store. Nothing has been done. I have not heard back from anyone. "
"The UPS Store Burnsed Blvd in The Villages Fl is the only one I use because of the wonderful staff! "
"I could not get the return label for century link. Natalie did it for me. I had tried for days. Thanks a bunch."
"Store 0348 helped me out SO much when I was desperate for a notary the end of July. They helped me get a closing document out for a house closing in Colorado. I can’t say enough good about the service I received!"
"The most horrible service we ever encountered. We paid $111.74 on a Saturday night to have a very time sensitive envelope shipped. We were told no problem whatsoever, it would be there by Monday morning. We called to confirm that it was delivered. It was not!
When I called the UPS store on Grand Ave in Chicago as to the whereabouts....they told me to call UPS. When I called UPS I was told that they have NO affiliation with the stores....it was the store’s problem and they had no record of it.
We had already lost a huge sum of money since it was not delivered. I was extremely frustrated and ended up with Ashley at corporate. She tried to remain professional, yet there was nothing she could do. She indicated it was my loss, but would reimburse our shipping amount...I never received a dime.....
Be aware.....I am beginning my quest once again to recoup. The envelope according to Ashley was delivered several days later, which was a total loss to me, yet she indicated that “it did get delivered”.
Be aware....I was shocked to be told that the stores and the service were not supportive of one another. I am pursuing once again with possible legal support, this lack of affiliation should be made known.

"Young Garrett at the Center at Deane Hill store in Knoxville may think I was upset about a UPS return policy, but he couldn't have been further from the truth. Unhelpful and absolutely no social sense whatsoever. He's curt and seems to go out of his way to be uncommunicative and unhelpful. This young man needs to be buried in the back of a warehouse stocking shelves somewhere; not dealing with people."
"The worst experience bad customer service I will never used them again "
"Teresa and Melissa are the best."
"I was a loyal customer for many, MANY years and was treated HORRIBLY by the two men working there (this occurred on MONDAY, June 3rd at appx 2pm). I had accidentally left an unshipped light stand there over a month ago. I went there a few weeks later and noticed it sitting on the floor at which time I politely asked for it back. At that point, the clerk (he's about 4 foot 10 and has a bushy beard) refused to give it to me, advising that I had to pay a "storage fee." He further stated that I was supposed to pay $5 per day, but that he'd let me have MY PROPERTY back for only $20. I dismissed the issue and left without my parcel. Again, it was no big thing, and I figured that he was just "following the rules." Flash forward to today... I go to ship a couple of items and noticed that same light stand sitting in the EXACT SAME PLACE as it had been several weeks ago. The clerk was snippy and curt in handling my business to begin with... And things only got worse when I mentioned that I noticed the light stand still sitting there, and politely asked for it back. Again, he asked for twenty bucks. This despite the fact that what he refers to as the store's HARD AND FAST POLICY indicates the fee is $5 per day. It was obvious at that point that the guy was a) abusing whatever 'power' he felt being a UPS clerk may provide him because b) he wanted $20. To be clear, I was NEVER TOLD about any storage fee when I forgot it over a month back. When I attempted to engage him and the other gentleman working there (a slight, graying guy in glasses) in a discussion, they grew defensive, refused to identify the franchise owner, and told me to leave. At no time did I raise my voice, use profanity, or threaten these men. Period. And yet I was still effectively thrown out of the store. While I feel sorry for these two guys, I feel sorrier for the franchise owner. Freighting is a competitive business nowadays and bad word of mouth doesn't help. I've run a business for over 20 years and know the value of courteous customer service. The store has a number of other bad yelp reviews, and you can extrapolate that for every person who leaves a review, about a hundred with similarly miserable experiences do not. In any case, I've made corporate aware of what occurred. I sincerely hope they give these two guys a refresher on consumer relations as they both could use all the help they can get."
"Kimberly is the agent who served me and she blew me away with her service. She went beyond expectations with my print job. Thank you UPS for having such a great member on your team!"
"Visited the UPS store in Manhattan on Madison Ave near 97th street. They sell stamps in books of 20 and charge 80 cents per stamp. I asked “is that the cost of stamps everywhere now?” They said “yes”. The cost of stamps is 55 cents at the post office. This is a rip off and they were not honest. "
"I went to the store by Fred Meyer in Puyallup, Wa and asked how much copies were and was quoted .39 for a colored copy. I noticed they charge 1.99 if you need assistance per every 5 min. The man who helped me didn’t know how to do it correctly so he asked for help. Eventually the girl came over and did it in no time. I was only charged $1.99, however, they charged me .49 instead of the .39 I was quoted. After I left I called another ups store down the road and they said their price was only .29 per colored copy. So I went back in and they would not honor the .39 I was quoted. Lesson learned, check out each ups store and get quotes in writing:). Very Disappointing"
"The owner here seems to be quite unappreciative and unhelpful, although the employees are nice and unfortunately must follow his directions. Fortunately, the owner was not usually there when I have been. In fact, a regional manager was there at the same time I was recently, and I gave a good comment to her about the store, which the staff and owner overheard. I shipped from there a number of times over the past two years or more. To save time and gladly give them business I recently printed 100 pages there (although I have a printer) and shipped those pages, within the UPS store purchased $2 envelope, as a time sensitive matter to be delivered overnight. The mailing was "lost", arriving 6 days later (destination was 4 hours away by car), and I had already resent the information via another shipper for next day, one day later, which was received. I told the recipient not to bother reading or opening this second mailing, as it was the same as she had received several days prior. The UPS franchise (store) owner refused to pay for the printing and envelope (about $7), as did UPS Corporate, which only pays for the shipping costs in such a case. I have not made a big deal on occasion when an item is a day late (which I could have), but this content and timing was of utmost importance, and all purchased, at the same time, at this store. The UPS store is contractually (with UPS) NOT RESPONSIBLE for WHAT THEY SELL AND SHIP when delayed, and I will not go back. Beware of UPS, this is apparently the policy of all UPS franchise stores and their UPS contracts, but makes for very bad PR, among other serious concerns. If the package had been lost, apparently the total costs in such a situation would have been paid. UPS should consider calling patrons with found "lost" items (now a “delayed” item) and asking if they still wish that it be delivered or not. If not (in essence making it "lost"), it would apparently be eligible for total compensation. Perhaps that is too fair, logical, and considerate a policy for UPS to adopt."
