"I am out $500 with a piece of equipment I can't use. If you order for webstaurant make sure it's something you intend to keep because you won't get a refund. I will say they have excellent customer service people but that's small comfort to me when I'm stuck with a display case that I returned in original packaging and didn't get a refund because they claimed I damaged it."

After reviewing the notes on the order, it seems that you expected inside delivery with your common carrier delivery, which is not part of that service. At checkout, we do have a page that explains what a common carrier delivery looks like as well as lift gate service. We also offer White Glove service, which is inside delivery that is available to purchase at checkout.
I apologize if that information was misleading. We do strive to give our customers the information during checkout so there are no surprises during delivery.

Purchased dark stained wooden high chair on 1/5/11. Began using it 1/13/11. Chatted with customer service rep on 3/7/11. Here is the conversation with names removed:

Me: Hi, I ordered item #164HIGHCHRKD in January. I like the design, color, lightweight, easy to put together, etc. But I'm confused as to how it got such high ratings on the site because the "stain" on mine is chipping and flaking off already. I touched the first few spots up with a brown sharpie but bigger pieces are coming off. This started within just a week of using it and it's just gotten worse. I don't know what to do at this point.

Company: The main reason they get such high reviews is due to the really low price. If they are not holding up, they are less than $25 to replace that's most people's though process
And that was that! I paid about $23 for this low quality high chair and I will be ordering a new high chair (for probably $35) from a different company and hope it lasts longer than several weeks.
