No way that I would ever put that list in front of my customers. In trying to return the product they actually make you pay for your own shipping. "I find it very frustrating that the list of companion items for a certain product (lids for cups, for example) is incomplete. Also that you do not carry certain companion items (like Solo lids for Solo cups, for example.) I often have to end up using your live chat service (which is fabulous, by the way) to find what I need...however, it would be a heck of a lot easier if all companion items were listed so that I could find it on my own and not have to utilize the chat. Also, the cost of shipping is astronomical...must be why your product prices are so low. I would rather pay a bit more for the products themselves and not get hit with such an outrageous shipping cost."

"Everything has been good, except that on my last order I ordered a set of metro shelves with one extra shelf and wasn't informed that it wouldn't come with an extra set of split sleeves. I now not only have to create another order to get an extra pair, but I also have pay for shipping again, as well as wait to complete my shelving system until the additional split sleeves arrive. It would have been helpful to know that the additional shelves do not come with the split sleeves and that you have to order it independently of the shelves. Other than that, everything is good. "Ordering process was quick and clear, currently awaiting my shipment. Prices are very fair especially when considering what you'd pay in retail (grocery store and even Amazon.com). Shipping is a bit costly but there is still a great deal of savings when you factor it in to the price of your purchase.
UPDATE: Received my items within 24 hours of ordering through FedEx. Super fast! All the items received as specified. Never buying plastic wrap from a grocery store again! "

"I have ordered extensively from this online company and really do love them. However, I think that their basic shipping costs are a bit tough for a non commercial consumer like me. However, they DO NO PAD their prices with apparently lower shipping. As they say....WYSIWYG, i.e., What You See Is What You Get. You will definitely find that their prices are very competitive, but many times their shipping/handling costs becomes a "show stopper" for me. What I have done in the past is wait until I have been able to accumulate a large enough order that it "offsets" the shipping. Having said that, I just ordered a Vac Master that they offered with "free shipping" and I can testify that their item price was the very best I could on the Web! I still would recommend them to anyone, private and/or commercial. Two of past my orders, an induction hob and a griddle came with cosmetic damage that I was not willing to mess with, both in time and/or expense. I SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY! They actually work great, but I bought NEW UNUSED UNDAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Perhaps I should not have brought this up at such a late date, but as I am disabled and these items are very heavy and cumbersome, IT WAS MY CHOICE AND DECISION to accept them as is and at my own risk."
