"I received confirmation on my order for Sony camera batteries only to get a call the next day saying it would be 2-3 weeks before item would be in stock. Decided to try one of their alternative batteries and they said it would ship that day and arrive by Friday. Did not arrive until following Monday, so I had to go out and purchase a battery for event on Saturday. Customer service was excellent and worked with me to return the batteries. Would order again as long as I dont have time constraints."

"When the item I ordered was not in stock, they called and asked if I would accept an alternate/different brand, that actually has better performance and warranty coverage. I accepted the change and they shipped ASAP. I received the shipment in only two days vice the advertised 5. I will order from this company again."

"I ordered a Nikon SB- 400 flash for my Nikon. site said there were 3 in stock. I received a call stating that they were out of stock and offered me a better item for the same price. I am fairly familiar with the product offered, it is not a better unit.They have already charged my card as well. I will update.

"I ordered a $15 charger for my camera battery and selected 2 day shipping in order to get it in time for an event. I was disappointed the next day when I found out that they were out of stock, even though it did not say that on the website when I ordered. I was pleased though, that I received a phone call and email trying to contact me. When I called back, the lady told me she knew I needed it quickly and suggested an alternative choice. This alternative was more expensive, but since I needed the charger I agreed to pay the extra amount. Had I found out sooner, I may have tried to find a less expensive option somewhere else. I was not offered free shipping, which would have been nice since I ended up not getting what I originally wanted and had to pay more. Overall I am satisfied with the customer service, but am disappointed that I had to spend more money. I have not received the charger yet, but have received notice that it will be delivered tomorrow in time for my event."

I ordered a nikon sb600 listed on their web site they called and said there was a problem with my order, turns out they have no nikon flashes just crappy vivatar, at first i agreed to change my order I then did some fast research on the flash when i called back within 5 min i was told i couldn't cancel my order so now i have a POS flash that the only reason i dont throw it in the trash is to remind myself to only buy from B&H or Adrama

So the sales guy recommended a different flash that would ship sooner. I said ok lets try it. Within 2-3 hours of this email get a call from 'customer service' saying that the product is on back order and could take anywhere between 3-4 weeks and the agent would try to sell some other product.
