"I ordered a flash that their website said was in stock and would ship in 1-2 business days. I was promptly contacted by their sales staff saying that the flash was on backorder for 3-5 weeks. They offered some alternative products but I told them I would wait for my original order. After 5 weeks, I contacted them and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks. I canceled my order.
Update: 7/8/13 - Was contacted by a manager apologizing for the way things were handled. He offered an upgraded flash for $30 off their price. Unfortunately, I had already made other arrangements. He then offered a free battery for my trouble. Thank you for the good customer service."

Ordered two Sony batteries on June 6, 2013. Thirty minutes later got a call/e-mail from Brad in sales because of a problem with the order. When called back Brad informed me that the batteries I ordered are back ordered for five weeks. He offered to sell no name batteries at cheaper price. Cancelled the order, and got an e-mail from Jeffry Hartman that they did not charge my credit card. It is not appearing on the card yet!

After I posted this review, I received another phone call and an e-mail from Carter Hayes that the batteries are in stock (magically!). I had ordered batteries from another merchant already. So, informed Mr. Hayes that I do not need those.
Then I got another e-mail from Mr. Hartman that they have the
batteries if I want them.
Again, I received another e-mail from Mr. Hays requesting me to revise my rating at resellerratings.com.
Now I see a remark here that I tried to cancel my order, and it was rejected. My credit card fraud dept has already been notified.
I have all these e-mails with headers, and I will post all of them here, if necessary with copies to AG's office.
Conclusion: This not a reputable company; do not waste your time, see the reviews below mine before ordering. I should have read their reviews here before. Had I been warned about their practices I would have never ordered from them."

"I ordered a "Nikon SB-700 flash, factory new with US Warranty". Website said it was in stock and for the price being $75 less than other websites, I placed the order. I later called customer service to make sure it was in stock and a rep said no it was backordered for 4-6 weeks. I asked to cancel the order and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I called back hoping to get another rep and I did. This time Sara stated she was in California and I was previously speaking to a Florida location. Ok, do you have it or should I cancel? Sara said she would check to see if it was in stock elsewhere and put me on hold. About 3 minutes later she came back on and said she found it in stock in New Jersey and would send it out the same day. I received tracking later that night and received my package 7 days later as stated by Sara. The flash is factory new with a Nikon Worldwide warranty for one year. Thanks to Sara for her diligent customer service and Theestoreonline.com price, I am now a happy customer. Next time, I will place the order over the phone to ensure the product is in stock and avoid any animosity."
