Placed my order and an hour later received a voicemail about a problem with the order. I called and the lady notified me the product was out of stock and back-ordered from Canon for 4 weeks and tried to offer me a no name after-market charger for the same price. I told her I wanted the actual Canon charger and tried to sell me on the after-market unit that she said is "from the same manufacturer". I said no thanks, I'd just rather cancel my order and she just hung-up on me. The order was canceled but the attitude and tactics used by this site are very shady. I would recommend all to avoid this site."

"Typical bait-and-switch retailer. Ordered a brand name product for a good price. Received and e-mail stating that there is a problem with your order and to call customer service. They state your product is back ordered, so I can offer you a "better" product at the same price. The "better" product is a no-name product that you can get on e-bay or amazon for 1/10 of the price. Avoid this place, as they are scammers. The only good thing is that it was easy to cancel the order."

"It appears that theestoreonline.com has name brand products with below factory costs available for a variety of electronics I've been searching for. The product I initially wanted, an extended life battery for my Sony Handycam was on back order when i called to place my order but the sales representative was so helpful she found an alternate part manufactured by another distributor at near cost. The battery was a better buy available for a little more money with immediate shipping. The tracking information provided shows my product as shipped and i am anxiously awaiting its arrival. If the product is what I'm hoping it to be I look forward to purchasing more electronics for my personal and business use in the future. "

UPDATE: just received a call from Carter, a customer rep. He is making things right with the service that I received. Like I said, they have great customer service. They are fixing my order. I will now receive the Nikon brand battery that I initially wanted to buy. THANK YOU very much Carter for working things out for me!
UPDATE 6/10/2013: This update is a bit late since I was away on vacation. But I take back what I wrote above. The battery I was promised from the above update was supposed to be shipped on 5/20 to be received by 5/24. While I was trying to track my order, it was not shipped out until 5/24. It finally arrived at my house on 5/28. I was hoping to get the battery before my vacation, which did not happened as promised. To make matters worse, this battery was a back order. And I was charged AGAIN for shipping, which I previously expressed my concern. Carter assured me that I was not going to be charged again, let alone that I was charged more for the battery than what was agreed over the phone.
