"I ordered rugs to ship to my new home in a different state, using my credit card. I was shipping to my sister there, as she is near my new home. However, I was required to provide a photo of my credit card since my address associated with the card is my current, primary address, not the shipping address. I've had the card account for many years' credit history. I refused to provide this photo, feeling it is an unnecessary confirmation. Would this have been required if I were shipping a gift? I suppose so, but i don't send pics of my credit card to anyone. Email with the company was courteous but inflexible. "
"I was only able to choose one shipping type so after I placed the order I emailed and asked if there was a way for me to get faster shipping and NEVER received a response! My order is supposed to be delivered today, but still hasn't been delivered so I don;t know how my order actually looks and if it is damaged or not, but The Simple Stores customer service is really what has landed them two stars.
