"I had a very bad experience with this guys. It took me 10 mins to pay for the service and it took them 48 hours to tell me they can't unlock the phone. I had to follow up when it was close to 48 hours before I was told they couldn't do it. Worst, after the initial reply that they couldn't open it and that I should wait for my refund, I never got an en email from them anymore. They even beg you not to request for a charge back cause they said it would ruin their standing with the banks and now I know why... its because they want to keep our money without performing the service...
