I sent my phone in on a Tuesday an was paid the following Saturday. An the payment was really fare. So I had a very good encounter. I would 100 percent do this again with them.,an I probly will. "

They should have asked for that instead of changing the offer after the phone has been shipped. I actually don’t believe that the battery level is where they said it was. We do have the battery health stated on the condition description. An email is being sent to you with a picture showing the battery health in the settings. We did make you a new offer, and you have not accepted or declined it. If you decline, we are happy to send you the device back at our expense. There is nothing out of your pocket through the entire process. I would add that we have reached out to you but we have not heard back. At no point have we received any communication from you. To say our customer service is minimal is disingenuous. ”

"Site asked about the carrier and condition of my phone. After giving them the info, they said my phone had a slight scratch (no cracks) and the phone carrier was not an option on their site so I was offered $30 instead of $160. Quite the difference. I believed they made excuses for an imperfect phone to keep it and sell for a much bigger profit for them not the customer. "
“Unfortunately, you misrepresented your phone. We did not change the offer because of a slight scratch. The phone was beaten to death, with Heavy dents around the frame and heavy deep scratches on the screen. You did not see your carrier because we do not purchase the Xfinity model of the Pixel 7. You represented the phone as unlocked and in excellent condition. Neither of those was true. We are clear about the excellent condition and are upfront that less than 10% of phones qualify. Yours would not qualify for even fair condition. You declined the offer and we shipped your phone back to you at our expense. Nothing lost on your end. We paid for shipping both ways.”
"I really don't appreciate that I was completely honest about the phone I sent. I was quoted one price. And then it gets there and I'm told that I will only get half of what I am quoted and the reason why is is exactly what I specifically said was wrong with it. I even spoke to somebody before I sent it because I wanted to make sure the you were actually going to take the phone because you actually knew what was wrong with the phone. It doesn't make sense. "

“Our website specifically states that the battery health must be 85% or higher. We ship devices back within a couple of days and we can not control the the transit time. Carriers take longer during the Holiday season. We shipped it back to you at our expense.”
