We responded that checks go out the next business day from when the order is processed. We are then at the mercy of the United States Postal System. Typically 3 to 6 business days is the standard transit time. We are currently seeing some longer delays with USPS for some areas of the country. We again, apologize that we came across as rude. "I accidentally wrote a bad review for another company... but posted it here cause I have anger issues and overlook alot of details when mad. Whiz cells actually did very well I wish they'd give you the option of shipping speed and subtract any extra shipping from payment, but other than that... it took a week but I got what they said they'd give me. "
