"I kind of figure things like this happen with resellers, but I traded in a near flawless OnePlus 7T. Per the guidelines I listed it as Good condition because there was a small imperfection on the frame of the phone and some minor scratches from wear and tear. When they received the phone, they said that there were scratches on the screen that dropped the trade in value by $40. OnePlus phones come with a screen protector preinstalled which I never removed, so I'm almost wondering if they were looking at the screen protector and not the actual screen, since that should have been near flawless.

Overall the speed and ease with which I was able to return the phone were great. I dropped a couple of stars for them deciding to give me less which I felt was unreasonable, and will make me likely try a different site for trade-ins in the future."

"I've sold two devices to The Whiz Cells. Once (years ago) I used my box, and printed out a PDF label they sent. The second time (during 2020) I waited for them to send a shipping package with a mailing label inside since I didn't have access to a printer. Due to the ongoing pandemic, it took longer than expected for USPS get the package, but that was fine.

I've contacted them multiple times for pre-sales ("will they take a specific variant of a phone that's not listed on their site?"), and to check on a shipping package. They've been fast to reply, and polite too!
