"They made it super easy. Sent me a mailer for the phone. It came promptly and made it easy to send the phone in. I was in the process of moving when I sent the phone, and they did a great job of making sure the check came to the right location. They communicated with me the whole time, and they process was smooth from getting the mailer to getting my check.

The only thing that didn't quite go as expected was they said my phone wasn't in good condition and that it had a black spot on the front camera. While I can't rule that out, I genuinely never had a problem with the camera -- and I bought the phone brand new and only used it a couple months before selling it, so it was in great condition. Hard to say what happened there. Still, I made $100 off a phone that was just sitting around my apartment unused, and it was hassle free, so I'm a happy customer at the end of the day."

"So I needed to sell my phone, and had no idea how to do it. I eventually found thewhizcell on google and was unsure. They were offering a really decent amount, which made me more suspicious that maybe it was a scam. I signed up and the site said they would send me a package to send my phone in. It took only a few days for the package to get here, I believe it was Saturday the 7th. I followed the instructions on their email to remove my passwords and such from my phone, and I factory reset it. I had initially also requested a check, but changed my mind, since I hadn't used paypal before, but signed up and it looked really simple. I emailed support asking if I could change the payment, and they changed it instantly. When packaging the phone, I noticed the package had a tracking number on it too. I sent the phone on Monday the 9th. Yesterday, Wednesday the 11th I tracked it and it said it would be there tomorrow. So today, I checked email, they had received the phone, evaluated it to make sure everything was good, and sent the money. The money was already in my paypal account. This service blew me away, it took 5 days (including a Sunday) since I received the package to send the phone in, to when I got the money in my account. Customer support was equally excellent.
