"Some clothes are were in slightly worse shape than described. It takes too long for clothes I've mailed in to be processed (4 weeks is too long. 2 weeks seems more reasonable). Shipping of orders is also somewhat slow. Returns are easy, as long as you want store credit, but the fee if you don't want store credit is a little high. Also, the fee for having clothes mailed back that were not accepted when you sent in a bag for processing is too high. I have a lot of things I would send in if I didn't have to pay 12 dollars to get them back if they weren't chosen. That fee makes it less financially beneficial to the consumer. "
