"TickPicks customer service is great! They an amazing job at answering my emails, calls, and even getting back to me in a timely manner when I've left a voicemail. After reading some of the negative reviews below it just shows me those people clearly do not know how a secondary market works. TickPick is the middle man between the buyer and the seller. Other websites take an eternity to respond. I much rather pay the (low) sellers prices on TickPick than pay ridiculous fees on another website! "
"I know there are a lot of five-star reviews on this website. These people might have a good shopping experience, but I didn't. Who knows whether you are the unlucky one? The problem is, if unfortunately you are the one whose order was cancelled, they don't care! You wanna take the risk? Go tickpick.com!
Their so-called guarantee policy is NOTHING. I purchased my tickets days before the game, and on the game day (Friday) I still haven't received my e-tickets. So I called their customer service (whose only word is SORRY) to figure out when I can receive my tickets, and they told me they will call the seller. 2 hours later I received an email cancelling my order and saying "Sorry but the seller has sold his tickets on other website. We will refund you".
Are you kidding me? The price of a Friday night NBA play-off game is insanely high, so I get my friends and myself planned ahead and bought the tickets. Now you are asking me to buy my tickets on same day??? They didn't even bother to confirm your order from seller unless you call them. After all, all they need to do is saying "Sorry but we will refund you." and implying "Buy double price ticket on game day 'cuz you are stupid enough to use our website".
So if you want to experience their NO-GUARANTEE policy and get your order cancelled on the game day, use tickpick.com. Enjoy!

" I bought Boston Celtics tickets for next weekend and when they arrived in the mail, I saw face value of $90. I paid $179 per ticket and feel that the price gouging was extreme. "
"I purchased two tickets to the NBA last year in August for a game in April 2018.
The tickets were confirmed and would be available through e-delivery no later than March 23rd 2018.
I emailed TickPick on the 23rd March 2018 enquiring about the tickets and why I haven’t yet received the email.
The response I received was an offer to ‘upgrade’ to Section 3 Row B and they were ready to transfer immediately.
After declining and wanting to stay with the original purchase (section 11 / Row 12) I was then told the tickets were received as a hard stock ticket and had to be shipped to a U.S address as the venue have the right to change the form of tickets.
I’m from Australia and we are traveling specifically for the NBA game (gift for my partner)
I’m very skeptical after reading reviews and now have to wait until game day to pick the tickets up from FedEx as TickPick will be sending the tickets there for collection.
I’m hoping they are legit and everything will run smoothly for us.
Unfortunately it has added extra stress and uncertainty."
"I don't really expect much from a ticket buying website. Take my money, deliver the tickets. Tickpick did that, so I'm pleased."
"We payed 495$ and the seats were horrible I’m not going recommend this site to my family and friends this is rip off site so mad "
"Good experience. Would use again. "
"Good customer service. TickPick delivers."
"FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE W/ NO SER CHARGES"
"Easy, responsive, fair pricing, great service. I will be back!"
"TickPic customer service was great in dealing with a delayed delivery. I have used them dozens of times, always very satisfied & no service fee!"
"I have tried over 2 dozen (re)sellers of events during the last 30 years. TickPick.com is the best. The product availability is top notch. The pricing cannot be beat and the team of customer assistance is unrivaled. Others may promote no fees(or whatever) , TickPick.com is the only one that is true to itself. "
"Bought tickets for a show coming up in March. As they stated on their website, at cost tickets, or below market value with no fees. I purchased 4 tickets for $81. When I printed the paper tickets out, they came from ticketmaster. The cost on the tickets are as follows: $50.50 + 11.75 + 3.00
Any 1st grader can see that the price I paid was an upcharge! They may not put the fees on the bottom line, but they do add them in there. Very sneaky! "
“I really apologize for any confusion regarding our website, so hopefully I can provide clarification. We are a secondary ticket marketplace; we do not own any inventory on our site, nor do we set the price for any ticket. We make every customer acknowledge that the tickets they are ordering may be above or below face value before placing an order (see below).
"I agree to TickPick's user agreement and acknowledge that:
• All sales are final (double check the event date and location)
• I may be ordering tickets above or below face value and cannot cancel or change my order once I place it"”
"Good prices and outstanding customer service"
"Had to download Ticketmaster to get my tickets I purchased through you. Process way to cumbersome. Will just use Ticketmaster to buy my Celtics tickets from now on."
“Hi,
I just took a look at the order you placed on our site for Celtics tickets from last season and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
We try to make the process as seamless as possible with the information provided at checkout and in the emails we send when the order is confirmed. Our support staff is always here if we can ever be of assistance in the future. ”
A rep from TickPick, Tickpick1, has responded:
“Hello Rachel,
I sincerely apologize for the experience and we never want any of our buyers to go through something like this. Double sales happen on every marketplace. On the extremely rare chance that it happens with us we make it right to the best of our ability. My team provided you with a substantial credit as compensation. Your order was not confirmed and our Buyer Trust Guarantee only covers confirmed orders. Nevertheless, we took care of you.
I would like to take an brief moment to offer some perspective. Our fulfillment team cycles through all unconfirmed orders daily. The goal is to obtain confirmation as quickly as possible by reaching out to these brokers. We proactively reached out to this particular broker to obtain confirmation. You purchased these tickets one day before the event at 2:39pm (yesterday the 26th). My colleague reached out to the broker just after 3pm the very same day. Well before you reached out to our support team. The seller reached out this morning informing us the tickets double sold. At this point in time we cancelled the order. Refunding you in full and providing an additional credit on top.
I hope you choose reconsider your perspective on TickPick. This is an unfortunate circumstance however, we resolved it as quickly as possible. We make a very small margin on every order, but we pride ourselves in going out of our way to take care of buyers. Regardless, if you are not covered by our guarantee. If you have any additional feedback to offer we are always willing to listen.”
