"Last minute decision to catch a MLB game so bought tickets. Only the second time to use the service, first time was flawless. I did not realize the bar code had to be on the ticket, it wasn't, (make sure it is when you receive it). Called from the ballparkand got support right away but missed the first inning and even though I got a credit plus some, the only available tickects cost more and customer service could not secure them for me so I had to redo the entire purchase process and the ticks to where more than what they found. which is why I missed the first inning looking for their priced ticket. Overall still good experience for last minute deal. "

"It's a great place to order tickets from by knowing the actual purchase price ahead of time. However, I wish their bid prices for NFL games was more successful. Last minute deals with price drops when in reach of the event could be better, but that's probably a result of the sellers not tickpick.com itself."

"Accidentally bought tickets to a concert in Kansas city. I live in denver. My phone didn't have a pass lock so sometimes at work it gets a little sweaty in my pocket and turns on i.e. pocket dialing and things of that sort. Somehow tickpick was opened up and automatically lyrics bought $140 worth of tickets to Kendrick lamar in Kansas city. Wouldn't refund me even though I called and said I didn't purchase these. Also on my resale effort literally the only two tickets that didn't sell through tick pick were the two I accidentally purchased.

I looked into your order and see the concert tickets that you are referencing. At TickPick it is a main priority of ours to ensure that we protect our credit card holders and prevent fraud. When this order came through our sophisticated software was not set off to alert us that there was anything fraudulent about this order. Had anything set off any one of the numerous alerts we would have made sure to look into this and reach out to you to make sure that this was authorized by you.
I sincerely wish we were able to get these tickets up for sale sooner to make sure we could get these sold. Once sold we noted that we would waive the 10% commission fee that we usually charge sellers. Unfortunately in this instance the tickets did not sell.
Finally, we are unable to cancel orders that have been confirmed and delivered by the seller. It would not be fair to cancel the transaction on a seller who did nothing wrong. That is why we were hoping that you could list these for sale as soon as possible to recover the $146 you originally spent.
