All tickets were uploaded and printable except for one vendor. It had already been 2 months since the order, but no tickets delivered for the one game.
AH..... but here's the good part.
I contacted Customer service. A gentleman named Connor Clark said he would contact the seller and get the tickets to me as quickly as possible.
Within a few hours, I had printable tickets.
THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book !

"After purchasing 5 tickets to the Dodger game, I was sent 9 barcodes. Of those 9 only 5 had seat numbers. I called to make sure that the 5 numbered seats were valid. I was worried because some tickets started with numbers and some with MED. The rep resent the tickets in which I received 5 barcodes. Luckily, I took a picture of all the tickets before they were resent. At the entrance, only 3 of the 5 barcodes scanned. Allowing my 3 children entrance and leaving my husband and I outside. When the other 2 were scanned, it showed "not purchased" on the screen. I called again and waited about 10 on hold until I spoke to someone. There was really nothing that was done other than the rep requesting to speak to one of the workers at the stadium to have them explain to him what the issue was. As you can imagine, the workers are very busy trying to admit everyone entering and wouldn't get on the phone to explain the problem. I tried scanning the pictures I had taken in which just 1 additional ticket scanned. Lucky for us the worker was nice and told us that because my youngest child was 4, she didn't need a ticket and would have to sit on our lap. This was an embarassing experience and not sure if I would buy through this app again."
