"I was looking at how much Dallas Stars tickets were for the first game of the season against the Winnepeg Jets. I come to find out that I was charged for 4 seats that I never approved. I contacted customer support and they said they couldn't do anything since TickPick is just a middleman. They recommended that I resell the tickets on TickPick. I waited to see if there was a refund and there never was."

We can confirm the agents you spoke with were doing their due diligence and attempted to get the order canceled for you by reaching out to the seller. We cannot force a sale to be canceled but we can always request that on your behalf. That particular seller was unable to cancel the order so the only option left would be to relist the tickets as the agents explained over the phone.
Since we are a secondary marketplace, all sales are final. We need to pay the people who sell their tickets just as much as we need to provide the tickets our buyer's purchase. We thoroughly reviewed your order and can confirm there were no malfunctions in the system during your check-out process.
I truly do wish there was more we could do, but on a finalized order we cannot penalize the seller by issuing a refund due to a mistake out of their control. We try to keep things as fair as possible and in order to issue you a refund, we would have had to penalize the seller to recoup those funds, and in this situation the seller did nothing wrong.
We are truly sorry about this experience, and we do hope you will give TickPick another chance. ”

"We bought tickets from TickPick 3 months in advance. Did not get tickets FedEx until the day before which made us nervous to hope they get there in time. Upon arriving at the event after paying for parking, waiting, etc, our tickets are scanned and we find out they are INVALID as originally purchased opted for a REFUND due to a cancellation but TICKPICK sold us those tickets. Their support is non-existent when you need them. We ended up having to go to the box office and buy last-minute tickets and missed the whole opening of the show and had subpar seats. Worked with TickPick for two + weeks and finally got a refund. I don't feel like that is enough for screwing you over on the day you show up for an event. Do yourself a FAVOR and find a company that has 24/7 support. If you get your tickets early, make sure they are VALID!"

"Me and a friend bought Nuggets tickets on TickPick. My friend sent me the money for his via apple pay and I bought the tix. The game was about a month away from the time we bought the tix. Unfortunately TickPick is telling me I won’t get the tickets until the day before the game. Definitely disappointing and honestly probably wouldn’t have bought them if I knew that was the case. "

"Searching and finding tickets was an easy task. I had some technical difficulties with using PayPal to complete the purchase on a mobile phone. Used the website and had no issues at all. Tickets were in my possession within 20 minutes and they were authentic/verified tickets through Ticketmaster's interface. No issues at all at the venue. Overall pretty great experience, just a minor/inconvenient bug with the purchase using PayPal on a mobile phone. Next time I'll trust it enough to use my credit card directly and perhaps it'll be a smoother experience."
