I can see the order was placed on 1/2/23 and delivered on 1/2/23 (1 minutes after placing the order) for a game on 1/12. I am unable to find any reach out attempts made by you to our customer service team, so we were not made aware of any issues locating your tickets in time for the event. I was able to locate the order in question from this review and everything was delivered to the email address on file within a timely manner, so we are a bit concerned you were not able to reach out or locate your tickets in time for the event.

"Only had good experience in the past however this time I bought tickets to the niners cowboys game, placed the order so I thought it was guaranteed as they had a buyertrust guarantee yet 45 mins later my tickets were cancelled, if it was 5 mins or right away fair enough but 45 mins was enough time for me to book flights and accommodation which were non refundable so I was locked into going even though the cheapest ticket after was $200 more expensive which the $50 credit they gave me didn’t cover. Definitely wait until the tickets are literally saved into your Apple wallet before you believe you have them as the buyertrust guarantee that says they will find similar tickets is bollucks unfortunately as it’s covered by a “we reserve the right to cancel at any point”"

Thank you for leaving this feedback and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience on your latest order. Since TickPick is a secondary marketplace, we do not own any of the inventory being sold on our platform. So, when a listing is purchased by a buyer, we must notify the seller that their listing sold and confirm that the tickets are available still. In some instances, those tickets are no longer available, and the seller did not yet have time to remove their listing from our platform. Other times, we are unable to reach the seller for confirmation. We like to allow a bit of time to gain this information from the seller because we understand some of our sellers have everyday lives such as work and school among other things.
We attempted to reach the seller of the listing you purchased and were unable to get confirmation so after 43 minutes we did cancel the order, so you were not waiting too long for that confirmation. We understand this was a high-volume event and the ticket costs were increasing so we did not want to wait too long but needed to give the seller a bit of time to respond. We also voided the authorization charge for this transaction so you would not be charged and added $50 in on site credit so you could attempt to purchase another listing.
I do see that you were able to use that credit and obtain a successful order in time and it appears to have been a bit less in cost but comparable in seating arrangements. Please remember that the Buyer Trust Guarantee is not locked into the order until confirmation is made by the seller. Before confirmation is made, the order is considered pending, and the funds are not removed from your account but rather just authorized. Once the order is confirmed by the seller, it locks it in and then is backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope you will consider using TickPick again in the future. ”
