"Not ever going to fedex field before and not knowing how the stadium was setup the picture of the seat was very deceptive. Any thing in the 200 section row 13 and back has obstructed views. Columns in the way of views and the over hang from the deck above. Game was great though. "

Thank you for completing this review. I am truly sorry your tickets had limited viewing of the event. TickPick is a secondary marketplace, we do not own any of the inventory and all ticket sales are coming from outside sources. We do have policies in place to ensure whenever there is a restriction on certain tickets, that must be listed. TickPick does not have any say in limited view seats and that choice is completely up to the venue to decide.
When reviewing your order, I can see the seller did list this correctly and there were multiple notices of "limited/obstructed view". The listing you purchased, had this information available to view before purchase, on the check-out page, and again in your confirmation details on the seller's notes for the order.
Venues are allowed to distribute these types of tickets, therefore as long as they are listed correctly, we would allow people to sell them on our platform.
I am truly sorry you did not review the listing well enough to see the notices that you were purchasing tickets with a restricted view but since we have done everything to make that visible before purchase there is nothing further, we can do in this matter.

"First encounter I was denied access into a concert. The ticket that was provided was already scanned. The second concert I paid for tickets at a concert and the seller never released them to me. At the end of the day it’s just not worth saving $5 or $10 to have to deal with all the BS of being denied entry to a show you paid for with this app. There are many other apps that are far more reliable. Both concerts due to TickPick I missed the first 4/5 songs trying to get everything sorted out, ended up having to go to the box office to purchase tickets for entry, so double the $$$$ to get in. It takes 10days to get your money back from TickPick. So if you use this app have a back up plan and extra $$$$ on hand or you may end up going back home and **** off. Lucky I had extra money and I got us in but was super **** and this app ruined both concerts for us!!!!
Just think of app based shady scalpers! That’s what this joke of company is. They could have easily said we’ve sent you new tickets for entry but no. You have to communicate through email standing outside a concert to try to get things sorted out and it never happened. No PH# to call!

Here at TickPick we do our best to ensure all tickets are valid for entry and seldomly when there is an issue with tickets like your order, we strive to correct it as quickly as possible. We would love to say there are never any seller's out there who would sell invalid tickets, but that is just not the case. We do our best to ensure when those orders are caught being sold on our platform, we act quickly to resolve the situation and ensure that does not happen again.
We have live agents between the hours of 9AM and 11PM EST daily for assistance over the phone as well. Our number is listed on the website for easy access. I would advise with any urgent issues like this to please make sure to call us right away so we can attempt to find replacement tickets at no cost to you.
After reviewing the order pertaining to this review, I can see you were fully refunded and also issued complimentary credit on your account for future use. At the time of closing the case, your response to our Risk Management team seemed rather happy with the results so I am sorry you felt 10 days later to leave this review and wish we could have handled this better for you at the time of closing when we reached out.
