"I bought two tickets to a concert a month ago still haven't gotten them. There customer service is a joke called 3 times and will be calling today to try and get a refund since this crappy place never gave me my tickets and concerts tonight. We are truly sorry about the extremely delayed delivery of your order. TickPick strives to ensure tickets are always delivered in a timely manner and in ample time before an event takes place.
In this particular situation, the tickets were not made available for mobile transfers until the day of the event. This was wholly out of TickPick's control and even the sellers. The event organizers will decide when to release tickets for transfers, and in this situation, they did not allow for that until the day of the event.
The seller continued to stay in communication with us and assured us they would be transferring all their orders for this event as soon as possible. We see the tickets were transferred in time for the event and all orders were filled the day of the event.
We do understand how incredibly frustrating that can be to have tickets purchased and not have them in hand until the day of the event and we are truly sorry for that delay.
Our team continues to monitor those situations and we will always to our best to communicate those circumstances to both parties, and we are sorry that was not communicated properly to you.

"I should have downloaded the tickets earlier but waited until Saturday morning for the game that day. Had some issue with software. Contacted customer support but they were not open on the weekend. Paid money and did not get to go to the game. I later disputed the charge on my CC but Tickpick blamed Ticketmaster, and vice versa. Still ended up paying for tickets that I never received. Officially done with Tickpick."

I can see the tickets were transferred the day the order was placed, and we have gotten valid documentation the tickets were accepted into your account.

TickPick is always available to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with your tickets, but since we are a secondary marketplace, all sales are final, and we would not be able to issue a refund unless the event itself had canceled or the seller did not send the tickets. As the seller provided evidence the tickets were sent and accepted into your account, they do require to be paid for the sale and we cannot penalize them to issue a refund.

"I bought the tickets over a month ago but I received them only the day before. Getting them that late is not efficient and causes a lot of questions and stress. I also received the wrong tickets, it made the seller look unreliable. Luckily, the potential issues were dealt with without many problems but it couldn’t been avoided completely if they were sent out sooner and the attention to simple details were better"

"TickPick always has competetive, transparent (no fee) prices. They have been the lowest or very close to it with every event I've looked at. They also have a feature that lets you track events, showing rises and falls in prices. I use this a lot when there is a game I am interested in, but want to see if the price will drop. They also have plenty of tickets for each game, so you always have a lot of options. "

"Purchased tickets for a hockey game. Received an email 3 hours before the game that the person who was supposed to transfer me the tickets cancelled the transfer. I contacted the TickPick customer service and was told to wait for 2 hours whilst they tried to contact the broker of my tickets. 2 hours went by and no one called and I followed up twice via email requesting an update. I am now currently on a call trying to get my money back. I am a very nice person but this was by far the worst experience with tickets in my life. I have deleted the app and will never go through them ever again."

Thank you for leaving this review, and to begin we are truly sorry for the experience you had with your order. I have thoroughly reviewed this order and can hopefully provide a bit more information for you.
TickPick is a secondary marketplace, so we act as the middleman between buyers and sellers but do not actually have access to the inventory being sold on our platform.
The seller was delayed in sending your tickets, so we did need to place them on a deadline to deliver. Once they delivered, it appears the pending transfer was then canceled. Our team has to investigate those orders to find out what happened. We have policies laid out in place to prevent this and penalize sellers when they do anything involving misconduct on the order. Sometimes our investigations can take up to a week to get resolved and it appears this order was fully refunded for the mistake. We have also penalized the seller for misconduct and placed $50 in credit on your account for the trouble on your order.
