"I’ve been using TickPicks for several years on various sporting events and still the best option around. No added fees at the end of the checkout and plenty of options available pending on price range. Leading right up to the game time they may have extreme discounts offered by the sellers. I haven’t had any issue but that one time when the seller didn’t send the ticket link the TickPick support was tremendous going out of their way to meet my needs. "I claimed 2 tickets for purchase, went through the checkout process was given the price for 2, entered my credit card information and clicked on complete order then they processed my order showing I had purchased 4 tickets instead of 2 at the price for 4 tickets. I immediately emailed customer service and of course they said oh you purchased 4 tickets, there's nothing that can be done unless I want to relist the tickets with them for sale. AVOID THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE! This is one time I wish my credit card would have been declined."
"Scammed out of $172 because the concert was rescheduled and then canceled and they won't refund my money. It's been a year since the 2nd scheduled concert was canceled and there are no plans for another concert.They suggest putting the tickets up for resale. First off, we'd like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that your event's postponement has caused you and we do appreciate you leaving feedback. We can certainly understand how disappointing it can be to not be able to attend the event for which you purchased these tickets on the originally scheduled date. As a secondary marketplace, we do not have any inventory ownership over the tickets being sold on our platform, leaving our refund options very limited.
Unfortunately, as is the policy of TickPick and every other ticket marketplace alike, we're unable to cancel any orders for events that are currently considered postponed, either with a makeup date to be announced or one that has already had its new future date announced by the venue, as the tickets are still considered valid for entry for that new (or eventual) future date, so they still have value and are valid for the event.
With all of that said, if the event is ultimately cancelled by the venue, you and all buyers alike would be entitled to a 100% refund that would take place within 5-7 business days of the announcement being made official as, at that time, the tickets purchased would no longer be valid for the event.
We're sorry again for any trouble caused by the event's postponement.”

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about this unfortunate experience while using our platform to purchase tickets to the UCLA game. While reviewing your order, I can see the agents you spoke with attempted to explain in detail that this order was unable to be refunded. Our TickPick Buyer Trust Guarantee states the tickets will be valid for entry, and they will be transferred in ample time for this event. The seller on this order has provided sufficient evidence showing the tickets were originally transferred before 8AM on the day of the event. As soon as we were made aware that you were unable to locate that transfer, our team began investigating and requested a RE-transfer. A re-transfer is not guaranteed but we will always do our best to have those processed in time for the event as well.
As a secondary marketplace, we have no control over the transferring platform and cannot determine why you would have only been getting the cancelation emails and not the transfer claim emails, but that does not mean the seller did not send them in time, and they have shown proof to refute that claim.
They also provided a re-transfer before the event began so we cannot penalize them to recoup those funds as a refund for you and they did need to be paid for their services and ticket sold.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we do hope you will give us another chance. To ensure you have tickets right away, please make sure to select Instant Transfer/ Instant Downloads. ”

TickPick always strives to ensure sales are filled in a timely manner and when we were unable to reach your seller for fulfillment, our team sent over the replacement offer. I do apologize but those replacement offers are extremely time sensitive sometimes, because once we offer the tickets, somebody else very likely could still purchase them.
Part of the TickPick Buyer Trust Guarantee states, we will always attempt to find suitable replacement tickets. That means they would need to be suitable in both cost and the seats arrangements of the venue compared to your originally placed order.
As soon as we got the accepted response from you on that order, our customer support team went to purchase and process those tickets for you, and they were already gone.
Once there is no replacement offer to provide, as stated in the Buyer Trust our only option left would be to issue a refund.
Our team was able to provide a full refund right away and also added some free onsite credit for the troubles.
Again, we are truly sorry the replacement offer was no longer available by the time the response came in and the full refund was issued in lieu of that.
