"I was looking at how much Dallas Stars tickets were for the first game of the season against the Winnepeg Jets. I come to find out that I was charged for 4 seats that I never approved. I contacted customer support and they said they couldn't do anything since TickPick is just a middleman. They recommended that I resell the tickets on TickPick. I waited to see if there was a refund and there never was."

Thank you for leaving your feedback and we apologize about this experience. Here at TickPick we always strive to ensure both buyers and sellers on this platform are satisfied. We can confirm the agents you spoke with were doing their due diligence and attempted to get the order canceled for you by reaching out to the seller. We cannot force a sale to be canceled but we can always request that on your behalf. That particular seller was unable to cancel the order so the only option left would be to relist the tickets as the agents explained over the phone.
Since we are a secondary marketplace, all sales are final. We need to pay the people who sell their tickets just as much as we need to provide the tickets our buyer's purchase. We thoroughly reviewed your order and can confirm there were no malfunctions in the system during your check-out process.
I truly do wish there was more we could do, but on a finalized order we cannot penalize the seller by issuing a refund due to a mistake out of their control. We try to keep things as fair as possible and in order to issue you a refund, we would have had to penalize the seller to recoup those funds, and in this situation the seller did nothing wrong.
We are truly sorry about this experience, and we do hope you will give TickPick another chance. ”

Thank you for leaving this feedback and we are truly sorry to hear about this experience on our platform. TickPick is a secondary marketplace, so we have very limited refund options. We do hold a firm All Sales are Final policy due to this. We understand fraudulent activity can take place in this day and age and we have a designated Risk Management team who can assist with those issues when they arise.
However, without proper documentation and claims filed by your financial institution we cannot move forward with investigating that order as fraudulent as it would be unfair to the person who sold the tickets and is expecting to be paid for their product given. We would need proof of this to recall those funds from the seller's pay if proven to be fraudulent. That is why we require a claim to be filed before we can further investigate.
We would urge you to reach out to your financial institution to file a claim and from there our team will investigate that order in full. An agent responded to your inquiry with this information as well and we will have our Risk Management standing by to further assist.
