When it did not ship as promised I had to follow up multiple times just to get the tickets at all. I have sent 9 emails expressing my disappointment and they haven’t even sent me a response even though they have a 100% money back “guarantee”. Also our seats were obstructed view but not advertised as such. Dishonest and unreliable."
