"I ordered tickets and accidentally deleted the email with the tickets. I emailed asking for the tickets to be resent. THE TICKETS WERE NEVER RESENT!!!!!! I had to go and buy another set of tickets. So I’ve been charged for BOTH sets of tickets when I only received one set."

When we request a re-transfer we cannot guarantee a time frame in which the seller will be able to complete them. However in this case the seller was able to send the tickets again and provide proof of that. Sometimes these emails can be filtered as spam, we're sorry to hear you were not able to locate your transfer email.”

"I initially purchased 10 tickets to an event and my electronic tickets were received within 5 to 10 minutes. I was very pleased....excellent price with no added fees. The day before the event I ordered one additional ticket about 7:20pm but the electronic ticket did not arrive until the next morning at 9:20am.
