Lost all my money - tickets were not delivered as described in TP instructions or with any hint of content from seller

"Tick Pick you tube video says tickets will come from Ticketmaster with a blue circle and T in the middle. Did not happen, got tickets from "Taryn Peyton sent you tickets". Nothing about ticketmaster, nothing about Florida Georgia Line, nothing about Tick Pick, absolutely no way to tell what they were and why I was getting them. Easily could have been a virus email (which I have gotten from cryptic emails exactly like this one). I have over 104,000 emails in my inbox, I get more than 300 emails a day. Your online instructions are absolutely wrong and I had to buy tickets for the concert and sit in the back of the venue. The email was from customer_support@ticketmaster. If I search on customer or support or ticketmaster the email does not come up. The email did not come from ticketmaster with a blue circle and T in the middle. Nothing in the subject line to tells me what the email was. I lost $254 and had to pay an additional $280 to sit in the back of the arena or miss the show. 100% the fault of Tick Pick for incorrect instructions and the seller for NO indication of what the content of the email was. I don't know Taryn Peyton, it had no indication of what it was about and that mail easily could have been a virus. I have spent $$$$ with Tick Pick and would like my money back or the value of my purchase for a future event. "

“Hello, when a concert is rescheduled or postponed we do not issue refunds. However if a concert is cancelled we do refund in full, generally within 48 hours of a cancellation being made official. Occasionally if a band informally cancels an event we may not receive notice which can cause delays in refunds issued. One of our customer service representatives will be following up with you regarding this matter.”
