"I bought tickets a Patriots game at 9:00 am for a 1:00 pm game. I called Tikpik and they assured me they would be sent electronically in time for game. I paid $618 for 2 tickets. It's a 2 hour drive to the game. 1.5 hour before game time I pulled over on my drive to check my Tick Pik app. Still no tickets. I called, 10 min on hold and then got message that no one was available to take calls! This was 11:30 and they are supposed to be open taking calls Sunday 10am. I called again, waited another 10 min, still no one at customer service! Finally, someone picked up on third try. They told me seller had rejected order (really, why didn't Tick Pik notify me?) They lied and said they would get me comparable tickets. The best they could do was offer me much worse seats and charge me $50 more than my original order! That's the so called "guarantee"? I feel I was ripped off!! They owe me a large refund!"

On these occasions your order is not confirmed and you are not charged. This is why our BuyerTrust guarantee is only extended to confirmed orders where the buyer has been charged for a purchase. We understand that missing out on tickets you expected can be frustrating and have it recorded that as a courtesy one of our representatives went on to issue you with a credit to use towards another purchase. ”
"Using TickPick as a buyer gives you a lower cost option. As a buyer I would not be inclined to use them again. You provide CC info and they hold your funds until the 2nd Wednesday after the event. I overnighted tickets which means a 3 to 4 week total timeframe. Ick!"

"Where do I start with these people...? Absolutely, by far the worst customer support experience I've ever been apart of. Be very very careful when using the app, as it has major glitches that will automatically place orders without your consent...
For example, when I wanted to see the final price w/ fees, the app asked for my 3-digit security code on the back of my credit cart, and when I entered the last number, the app just started loading non-stop for a few minutes until I was able to close and reopen. However, when it opened, the tickets I was researching were all of the sudden ordered, JUST BECAUSE I ENTERED MY 3-DIGIT SECURITY CODE!!!!!!!
When bringing this error to Tick Picks immediately, they ultimately did nothing and said word for word (swear to God), "Well sir, we don't know why that would happen, and it's too late to do anything about it. You should TRY YOUR LUCK with selling the tickets online.."
Seriously!? Truly unbelievable.
I have found other people online with this same exact issue, but Tick Picks just shrugs their shoulders and steals your money.
