You can't get your money back if you are not the original buyer

"I purchased 2 tickets through TickPick to Billie Eilish concert which supposed to be at TD Garden, Boston. Due to COVID-19, the event was postponed to unknown date.
When I bought the tickets from TickPick, it turned out that the tickets were transferred to me from another buyer through Ticketmaster.
Since now I am the tickets owner, Ticketmaster sent me an email:
“ The opportunity to request a refund will be available for 30 days.”
When I sent an email to TickPick asking how can I be refunded, their answer was:
“ Thank you for reaching out, as this event has not been cancelled your tickets will still be valid for the reschedule date. We cannot force your seller to cancel their sale on this order”.
It’s just doesn’t make sense that I can’t be refunded in this case.

Don't ever buy from TickPick.

No going back!!!

"I accidentally bought b-ball tickets for the wrong venue and immediately called to try and reverse my mistake. No waiting a day, an hour, nothing, &&& was unable to fix my goof. The only option was to re-sell my goof on their site. As well, a few hours before the game the listing gets removed —these were mobile delivery!!! Ughhh will not use again."

"Went to a NBA game with three of my childhood buddies and it was quite an experience based on the price we paid for seats that were only 3 rows away from the court side seats..What a truly stupendous deal and experience for the money we spent.. Quite reasonable to say the least"

Buyer protection is a joke

"This site is specifically designed to protect the sellers and to make the company as much of a profit as possible. Immediately after my purchase of tickets I went to the venue's website to try to get a "view from my seat" type of thing. Not only did I find out that my exact seats were still available for purchase from the venue, but they were $245 cheaper for 4 tickets! I called TickPick customer service when I saw that and their response was "oh well!"
So basically I just spent $245 extra to have some a-hole now go to the venue's website and buy those tickets that they sold me, that they DON'T EVEN OWN YET!!! I am beyond infuriated. I could've bought 6 tickets directly from the venue for the price of 4 tickets on this website! Shame on you seller, and i will NEVER use TickPick again.
