"I have been trying to purchase Superbowl 53 tickets, and after monitoring and reading reviews of all the various ticket brokers, I chose TickPick. I selected two seats and paid for them with my Amex card. I immediately got an email alert from Amex that my card had been charged for $10890.00, but never got an order confirmation from TickPick. I called their customer service number and was informed that there was a "glitch" in my order processing; apparently my order had triggered a "fraud alert" of some kind. But I was assured it was resolved and I was told I would have to re-enter my order. All of this took about 5 minutes. When I went to replace my order, the two tickets I had purchased were gone, and the next closest seats in the section I wanted were now over $2,000 higher. In the meantime, the $10,890 charge remained pending on my Amex, freezing those funds for 24-48 hours. I was on the phone with TickPick and Amex for about 4 hours trying to get it resolved, to no avail. I then went to another broker, TicketIQ, who had seats in the same section for a decent price, and the same damned thing happened, "fraud alert". The exception being my Amex card was not charged this time, thankfully, I suspect either these two companies are connected somehow or they share the same payment processing company. TicketIQ assured me it was their issue and not my card, and Amex has assured me it's not an issue with my card. I had even called them the day before to tell them I would be making this large purchase. Through all of this, I spoke with an Amex concierge who advised me to use StubHub, as they are a partner with Amex and Amex has never seen any issues with them, and StubHub always has representatives on site the day off to take care of any potential issues. I don't want the "free" tailgate party built into the price or I would have gone with StubHub. As of this writing I still have no resolution and no Superbowl tickets, but what I do have is non-refundable airfare for two and 2 nights non-refundable hotel room. What I can't understand is why my order could not have been processed manually by calling Amex direct and overriding their flawed system. A very frustrating situation to say the least, and one which will undoubtedly cost me a few thousand more dollars for crappier seats."
“We sincerely apologize for the experience that you had and see that we have since made this right by you by reaching out personally to discuss. We can assure you that you will be taken care of if you do give us another chance and place a future order, and please continue to reach out for assistance. ”
"TickPick double sold the tickets that I purchased and thought they would "UPGRADE ME" (without even telling me) for free except the seats they gave me were not an upgrade. See since the idiot that decided to sell the tickets that I purchased within 3 hours of becoming available to someone else and then give me a cheaper "closer seat" had no idea what the seats were like that they gave me they screwed up my experience. My event was a football game, in a stadium I have been too a dozens of times, and where I knew exactly where to sit and where not to sit in order to get the best experience. Since I hand't seen my team play in 4 years because of location I paid for the best seats, lower level, 45 yard line, and no not front row but about 20 rows up so that you get the best view but you are close enough to see the emotions of the players faces. I arrive at the stadium and my tickets get me in of course (you know that's their guarantee, that the tickets will get you in) but little did I know someone with printed seats was already in my seat. The TickPick confirmation email said that I was getting the seat that I ordered, the seat I paid for and the exact seat I WANTED, yet when I printed the tickets to PDF on my phone they were something completely different. They put me way down in front in a different section behind all the equipment where you couldnt see ****. I spent the whole game standing up just to see 3/4 of the field. I will never buy from this site again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I got the ole bait and switch and my experience was ****, just like the service this company provides. Multiple calls and they tell me there is no refund all sales are final. Well the thing is I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THESE TICKETS. Hell I wouldnt have taken them for free. Would have stayed home and drank cheap beer and watched it on my 70 inch TV. "
“Anthony, I sincerely apologize for the experience that you had and want you to know that this is not the norm on our site. I do see that you were ultimately provided with tickets which were considered downgraded seats and we provided additional compensation in a partial refund and credit, along with the tickets. The seller unfortunately had reached out that there was a technical issue with their software and nothing was done intentionally to provide you with tickets further down than that of which you originally wanted and we sincerely apologize. We do hope that you give us another chance in the future to prove that this is not typical for an order on our site.”
"I have been using this site for over 2 years and for multiple events. It is great and their customer service is incredible. The price you see is the price you pay! No hidden fees. "
“Thank you for the review! ”
"Bought NFL game tickets and parking "

"Amazing deals with no fees!! Woo!!!! App is great, tickets delivered and minutes. "
“Awesome! Thank you for writing the review, we appreciate i!”
"So close and so much fun!!!"
“Thank you for sharing and we're happy you had fun!”
"I have had issues in the past tickets have been double sold. Beware!!! I have been at the gate and turned around 4 times. So after a 15 min call and missing the start of my event. TickPick issues new seats. They have never given me anything for free. Only moved me to a different location based on availability. "
“Thank you for your patience and understanding, as we assisted with resolving a few of the orders you had which we ultimately had to provide replacement tickets. I saw this happened with two of your orders, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We always advise, if possible, not waiting until the day of the event or even within hours of the event taking place as it does become more difficult to purchase tickets based on availability. Please do continue to reach out to our support for any assistance. ”
"Called to trouble shoot why my inventory wasn’t displayed in their site even though my POS was showing it should be broadcasting fine. They told me all their broker staff had gone home and no one was available to trouble shoot the issue. "
"For some reason, my tickets DO NOT sell on this website, ut I have sold plenty of tickets on another site. Sometimes I am the lowest set of tickets for almost 24 hours on Tickpick, and tickets do not sell
Just can’t figure it out. I have called Customer Service many times to try and understand thus"
“As a secondary marketplace, we are unable to guarantee that tickets listed will sell. There are many factors that contribute to the market such as the demand for the event, how close it is to the event date, and the price of other tickets for the even. This is the norm across all secondary market and we sincerely apologize if you have not had luck selling on our site. We always advise users to keep the listing as competitive as possible and to monitor it up until the day of the event. ”
"Your website upped the price as I was buying and then made me buy another ticket which ended up being the wrong date. Yep and you did nothing about it"
“We sincerely apologize for the experience you had purchasing on our site. Typically, if the price does change for a listing it will not allow the tickets to be purchased on the checkout page and it will bring the user to the event page to begin looking at all of the inventory from the beginning. I see that our agent did reach out to investigate with our tech team to see if an error may have on occurred on our end. After investigating, it does not appear anything happened on our end with the checkout process, but the agent working with you reached out to offer half the order as credit for a future purchase.”
