"I bought 2 tickets. Row 2 Pit center to a concert. The next day I was told the seller didn't have them available (?). But they would give me comparable tickets for the same price. Comparable tickets for the same price were 4 rows further back and way off to a side (at this particular theatre acoustics to the side are not ideal and site lines are not perfect either). I indicated I did not want that replacement and would like something closer to where I purchased. They cancelled the order without trying to make it right. I get that things happen and apparently a seller backed out but at least make an effort to make it right. Will never use again."

"Purchased tickets and could not get the barcode to come up on email. Contacted them for assistance. Received one email/text a day regarding issue...'we are working on it' . We had traveled by plane just for game....worried for 3 days with no help from tickpick. Was finally able to have someone in box office help. Have one more event with them (previously purchased) and then I will never use them again. Customer service is lacking!!!"

"After trying several ticket resellers I decided to start using TickPick because I really liked that they show the prices with all fees included. To me, the most important part of a ticket re-seller is their response when things don't go well. TickPick failed in that area. We were at the venue, ordered tickets and were not able to get them. Customer service was not accepting calls so we had to email and wait for an answer while we waited to go into the event that we paid hundreds of dollars to attend. It was a very frustrating experience. Eventually we figured out that the instruction for download were incorrect and we were able to fix our problem. When I emailed them later to let them know they apologized and offered a $20 coupon. That was certainly not enough for the level of inconvenience they created. $100 maybe.....
I will give them a try one more time but I'm reluctant!"

"I discovered TickPick a couple of years ago when I was looking for a reseller for tickets I needed to get rid of. I've always been disgusted with the fees that many ticket sellers charge, both when purchasing and selling tickets. So when looking for tickets to purchase, I started comparing TickPick to the other sellers, and EVERY TIME I saved a bunch of money. The only downside to TickPick is you don't know what seats your getting - you know the row and section, but not the actual seat numbers, unless the seller lists that in their comments. We prefer aisle seats for most events, but with the amount of money we save, we learn to adjust to being wherever the seats land. You just can't beat TickPick's prices, in most cases. However, I'll always compare to be sure!"

"Our tickets weren't delivered until after the first period of the game in which case we left after waiting around. It took us 20 minutes to even purchase the tickets. Overall horrible experience and also poor customer service when we demanded our money back."
