I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience purchasing four tickets on November 20th and 24th at 10:10 AM through Tickets-Center.com. The attendant, André, was unhelpful and added to the stress of the situation. The process was riddled with issues, including unclear communication and poor customer service.
To make matters worse, the tickets I purchased were priced three times higher than on any other website. I understand that ticket resellers may charge a premium, but this level of markup is completely unjustifiable. It feels like a bl"

Bought tickets that were supposed to be transfered to my TicketMaster account for entry to the venue. It didn't happen. 3 hours on the phone with their customer service agents, who were unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Kind felt sorry for them, because it seems Tickets-Center's backend operation is either really messed up, or the business is fraudulent, or maybe some combination. I assume they sometimes deliver working tickets. "

They sell tickets that are still on sale at the box office for 2 and 3x face value ($15 ticket from the university on their site for $39).
These folks are unscrupulous.
