"Tickets were noticeably overpraised to start with but it was a birthday present for my wife. The tickets were purchased and CONFIRMED. Two days before the show Tictets-Center informed me the tickets cannot be delivered (no reason offered) and the order is cancelled. I asked for a ticket replacement. I was told it had to be approved and the approval was not likely. I asked for approval. The approval request was rejected. The only positive thing is that the agent on phone was polite and I got full refund. Tell it to my wife! Do not use Tickets-Center, will be disappointed."

I was alerted by American Express that there looked to be a fraudulent charge on my account.
There was.
I immediately emailed the business to cancel.
Then, I immediately called the business.
I spent 25 min with a call rep. She read the same short script multiple times.
She said she was not authorized to make a refund.
She put me on hold and claimed she "chatted" with refund authority and was told not to issue a refund.
I asked to be escalated. She said she could not as she only had "chat" access.
I asked for her name an employee number. She would not provide.

"I bought 5 seats for $199/ea & a parking pass for $70 from a reseller that was confirmed via email. Afterwards, the seller stated that the seats we selected were actually not available and offered seats further back in the venue for a total discount of $70. The parking pass they transferred was for the wrong day. The seller did provide a bigger discount and fixed the parking but, I spent a few hours on the phone sorting out the issues. There should be more accountability on resellers who are clearly making a profit reselling."
