Scam - very dishonest business
"SCAM!
I was alerted by American Express that there looked to be a fraudulent charge on my account.
There was.
I immediately emailed the business to cancel.
Then, I immediately called the business.
I spent 25 min with a call rep. She read the same short script multiple times.
She said she was not authorized to make a refund.
She put me on hold and claimed she "chatted" with refund authority and was told not to issue a refund.
I asked to be escalated. She said she could not as she only had "chat" access.
I asked for her name an employee number. She would not provide."
