I have never written a review before, but felt this was necessary to warn anybody who is thinking about purchasing from this website. They have no control over their vendors. Their policy is to wait until midnight the day before in order to let you know that you’re not going to get your tickets. Although I reached out 48 hours before and expressed my concern, and called all day the day that I was supposed to have UPS confirmation, they refuse to entertain any other options until midnight that night. Since they were closed, I had to wait and call back at 7 o’clock the next morning. Although they assured me all along that they would give me alternative tickets if the vendor did not supply the tickets in time, they let me know at 7 o’clock in the morning that they had no tickets to give me and they would refund my money. I had no tickets for the show and had a hotel room booked. They did not care. They simply said it was not their fault, it was the vendors fault. I explained to them that they are responsible for their vendors actions. They did refund my money. However, when I was discussing with them my concerns (48 hours before) and told them that if I did not get the UPS confirmation (that the vendor issued the tickets) , I would want my money back, they informed me that my refund might not go as well as I thought it would. I explained to them that my credit union would not pay them for tickets that I did not receive in time for a concert. This is a terrible business. The tickets were triple the cost of what they should’ve been. I cannot warn you enough, do not buy from these people! The irony of it all was that they were going to give me a $50 discount for my next concert purchase. LOL. I explained that I would never be purchasing through them ever again. "
