"I bought tickets in December of 2019, a Christmas gift for my husband. Once I received the tickets, saw the original price of $58.00 each, I realized I was totally scammed. I paid $758.00 for four tickets worth $232.00. And....you are not allowed to cancel your order at anytime, you are given information to "resell" the tickets. They do state they stand behind the tickets 100%. Well, my tickets have someone else's name on them, hoping I can use them. We'll see on Saturday. But this ticket site fools you into believing you are getting tickets from the actual venue, very misleading. My fault for not reading the entire agreement or doing further research. Buyer beware is all I have to say."
"I agree with other reviews that this place is gouging folks! I bought 2 general admission tickets through this ticket-center for a total of $115 bucks. Then looked at the venue and the same general admission tickets were $22 each for a total of $54 for both with fees included. Save your money and stay away from tickets-center.com"

"I ordered tickets to an event at about $250 per ticket (times 2). $50 dollar "service fee" for each ticket. Looked at the venu website, and the best seats in the house were $145. Apparently, there is no way to get a refund. I printed out my tickets, and the face value was $112 each. I probably should have read the fine print VERY carefully. THIS IS PRICE GOUGING, and unfortunately it is legal. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! If I would have gone through the venu website (like I should have done), I could have done a meet and greet with the person doing the show, AND great seats. Lesson learned. I GOT SCREWED. My fault for not having experience with this sort of thing. VERY MISLEADING.

After some research there are multiple accounts of people never receiving their tickets and being charged up to double of what they originally paid.
