Time for Victims to Take Action

"These fraud merchants continue to stone wall my inquiries.....got abruptly disconnected today. Urge everyone to file a dispute with credit card and a complaint with your state consumer fraud protection agency. They obviously have no intention of refunding cancelled event tickets."

Still waiting for refund...

"Similar experience as everyone else... Paid too much for tickets to an event that was cancelled. I emailed them after 4 weeks and was told it would take 2-4 weeks. I waited another week and said okay, well, now it's 5 weeks. I was told they were currently refunding that event and I should watch my email. 3 days later and it still isn't refunded. Losing faith..."

"It sounds like my experience is much like several others'. I'm out over $2200 for Comic Con that was cancelled but they are playing it off as if the event was postponed. It's an annual event - it happens next year whether or not this year was cancelled. Tickets-Center is a total sham!"

this company are fraudsters - they should be put in jail

"English : run away - i bought several tickets for my family - because of the closing of borders - called at the early days of march the customer service of this company for a refund of my money but my family could not travel - no more flights! - they answered that this "cas de force majeure" was not their problem - I should try to sell to somebody in the street -

After the confinement and the cancellation of the performance - I called them again - they answered that it was not their problem, I could attend another performance later and that the refunding was reserved to us citizens- they refused to send me a written response...

They are fraudsters, they are racist, they are practicing discrimination - their misconduct and their ethics, morals should be sanctioned; I would join any class action against these thieves would have been paid for nothing- the performance was cancelled by the kennedy center

Cette société est une société d'escrocs sans aucun un véritable service clients qui violent les lois applicables aux usa- ils tentent de dissuader au téléphone les clients de récuperer leurs fonds pour des spectacles qui ont été annulés en leur indiquant qu'ils pourront beneficier d'un avoir pour un autre spectacle - complétement inapproprié lorsque vous êtes un touriste?!!!!!!

Plusieurs class action sont entrain de se mettre en place contre des sociétés pourries sur le net - inutile de perdre votre temps et énergie à les contacter - ils ne veulent pas laisser de traces ecrites et ne répondent aux courriels que par des modèles standards ne répondant pas precisément aux demandes et invitant à les contacter par téléphone

Ticket-center shitshow, not refunding tickets during a f****** pandemic

"I bought tickets for the Roger Waters concert on the 23rd of February in Montreal. The show was "postponed", and although the artist authorized refunds for every serious ticket re-seller, ticket-center turned down my request for reimburse once the show was not officially cancelled. This is just not ok, they are holding on to our money when we most need it."

"You can not get anyone on the phone to answer any questions. It's just a never ending loop. no matter how many times i enter my phone number. My event was cancelled and I still haven't received a refund after 4 weeks!!

I think it's time for a class action law suit for not providing refunds for a cancelled event!

Huge Disappointment

"DO NOT do business with these people!! I had an event canceled that I purchased tickets for through tickets-center.com and STILL waiting over a month for my refund and they keep telling me they are unable to provide me with a refund date. I have been given different excuses every time I contact them. They like to blame everyone else when they are responsible for my refund since I did purchase my tickets through them. "

Refund Refusal

"No answer to when refund would be given for an event that was cancelled well over a month ago. Escalated to supervisor and was still not given an answer. Ask to explain refund process and was told refunds go back to you the same way you paid which is electronically. Customer service is horrible. Don't purchase from this 3rd party vendor ever."

Horrible Refund Policy During a Pandemic

"Spent $350 for tickets. The show got moved to a year from now and of course Tickets Center won’t issue a refund, because it was rescheduled. They are going to keep my money for a year. Way to treat people with compassion during a, unprecedented pandemic!! Never buy from this ripoff provider. I will be looking at local news stations to look into this company. "

No refunds

"I live in NJ and my SF cruise was cancelled. I bought tickets to a Giants game. They will not refund because the game date may be changed. I cannot fly there just to see a game. They suggest I try to sell online while I will never get the inflated price they charged me. It would be easy enough to refund and sell the tickets to someone who could actually use them. "

If I could give negative stars I would but it would not allow it.

"I purchased Tommy Emmanual Tickets for approximately $600.00. Also, I booked a flight to be there, at which point there was no word on a canceled concert. Now, of course, they didn't cancel the concert they postponed it date TBD. So as I travel a lot I have called Ticket Center for a refund and of course, they will not do so as they claim that they are not able to. Just a big WARNING to all who buy tickets this way. If airlines are being sued for not giving refunds - can't ticket places and promoters also be held to the same standards? I would rather never go to another concert again than to make $600.00 donations to these A$$holes ever again. Please share..."

Expensive Gouging and Shameful Refund Policy

"When I got the tickets, I was shocked they only cost Ticket-Center $79.50 per ticket. I bought 3 tickets and didn't know I was paying in US$. With charges and conversion rate, I was shocked I paid over $500 each on March 13th, 2020 x 3 tickets!! The show was postponed to October due to covid, in my opinion cancelled as that is too far away to make plans in these uncertain times. So should I!! I inquired by email within their 10-day policy for refunds and a friendly enough agent said Ticket-Center does not give full refunds unless the show is cancelled. She advised me to resell the tickets for more money, in essence gouge someone else. Absolutely horrible service. Below is her reply and my survey replies. She is obviously keeping to company policy to pass the buck and stick it to the customer. PS The March 25th review seems fixed to me...why?...who would buy tickets to a show and right a review in the middle of global quarantine???

We have received an official update from the venue that your event has been rescheduled for 10/13/20. This means that your tickets are guaranteed to be valid and authentic for this new date!
Because we are a resale platform, we are unable to offer refunds for any event unless that event has been officially cancelled by the venue, team, or performer. We know this is not the ideal resolution to your request; however, you always have the option to resell any tickets that you will no longer be able to use.
If you might not be able to attend the rescheduled event date, you always have the option to resell any tickets that you will no longer be able to use. You are welcome to relist your tickets for sale anywhere else online that allows the resale of this type of ticket with a proof of purchase. You can search for "sell my tickets" on Google (or a similar search engine) to find a selection of websites and services to choose from. Many of our customers find great success with this method, often making back more than they initially spent!
Alternatively, you can utilize social media platforms to find interested buyers. For example, Facebook has a Marketplace feature where you can offer your tickets for sale, and there is usually an event page for concerts like this one.

I completed their survey this morning and said the following, sending it as a reply to their customer service department and demanding a full refund:

2.How satisfied are you with the resolution? Very Dissatisfied
Your agent resolved the issue according to your company policy, but did not resolve it to my satisfaction because your company policy has no refunds. Why do you not have a 100% refund like Stub Hub? Because you are price gougers and take advantage of people. You're a HORRIBLE company. The agent suggested I could sell my tickets if I can't make the show in October, but who else on earth will pay $500 a ticket for $79.50 seats????!!!!
3.How satisfied are you with the agent(s) who assisted you? Very Satisfied
However, their reply was unsatisfactory in that they cannot offer a refund to a cancelled show because YOUR COMPANY POLICY DOESN'T ALLOW REFUNDS. Of course, I will not use your company again. I will use Stub Hub instead.
4.How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague? (0 = Not likely at all, 10 = Extremely likely) 0
5.Would you use our company again?
NoNO. Not ever again. Your company practices price gouging. I paid over $500 per ticket Cdn including taxes for $80 tickets on the ticket. Over 5 times as much!! Awful awful company. What will you refund me if the postponed show is cancelled? Your online website is terrible. The email has a log in link, but there is no way to log in or contact anyone. I had to go through the TOU and click a tiny 'contact link at the bottom.
