"Purchased (I thought) LA show tickets only to find out (somehow) during the purchase it redirected me to the same show in New York. Attempts to contact someone when I found out were futile.
Lost over $640 and had 3 disappointed children:(
When post-factum was able to reach someone via an email - ZERO sympathy! Basically “you purchased what you purchased - and we have a proof”...
Wasn’t like that before. Non-existing customer service!
And promised NOT to send their advertisements anymore. Well - getting this stuff every day!

"I'm from Canada and when I searched up a show I really wanted to go watch, I kept getting recommended this site. I feel cheated I ended up having to pay through USD, which racked my total to $329 when I found out afterwards the tickets were also sold on ticketmaster.ca, I could've been paying less like $200 less, seriously big mistake on my part for not reading into things, but I'm trying to warn other Canadians from making this mistake. And yeah they don't do refunds unless the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Yeah like most of the other reviews you get hecking overcharged. "

"FRAUDULENT COMPANY: DO NOT TRUST OR PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought tickets online for $72 a piece that were worth $51 face value. They charged additionally service fee and delivery fee. The delivery fee was already ridiculous because I requested to download the tickets straight to my computer, but I accepted the additional charges. THEN COME TO FIND OUT on my American Express bill, Tickets-Center.com charged be $275 for my tickets. I called multiple time and emailed the company. They were barely responsive and REFUSED to give me an itemized receipt of how much purchase ended up being double the amount I expected. Also, they tried to tell me my tickets were actually $110 a piece instead of $72 and when I told them I took a screenshot and had record of everything they started getting super sketchy and no longer wanted to talk to me on the phone. This company is a FRAUDULENT company that needs to be shut down immediately. I used to work for the Consumer Protection Division in my state and we shut down businesses that defrauded customers like this ALL THE TIME. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. If I could give zero stars, I would give -1,000."

"Surprise! J'ai été facturé en US alors que le show est à Montréal ! En plus de charger des frais de service ( ce qui est illégale au Québec) et des frais de "delivery"...ils delivery quoi? Je sais pas c'est des billets électroniques. En plus, après l'achat, je vois dans le courriel de confirmation que les places pourraient être séparées ( ça va être le fun si je me ramasse séparé de mon enfant!!). "I ordered tickets and paid for them then was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came back on the line. So I called back and was told they sent my ticket confirmation to an email address that I have never heard of. Nowhere close to the email address I gave them! Now, I am wondering whose email address the tickets that I paid for will go to. No one was nice or helpful in this situation. Very frustrating because not only were the tickets VERY expensive but they were also a gift for my daughters and I’m worried we will not get our tickets. We are flying to San Diego just to see this concert!"
