"Bought 4 tickets for Elton John. I checked my tickets 3 times before I made the purchase. I thought I was getting 4 tickets for the 22nd floor row. When the tickets were sent to me I got 4 tickets for the 108th row seating across from the stage! I paid almost $2,000!! I thought I was going through ticket master and when I checked their site the tickets for the floor would have only cost me $1,000. I complained about not getting the seats I paid for and they would not help me at all! The tickets I ended up with would have only been $600!!! They would not refund me the difference in their own pricing! Total scam, rip off! They shouldn’t be allowed to have their site. It should be illegal for them to do that"

"I purchased 3 tickets to an Orlando Solar Bears game on Saturday, January 25th, 2020, around 9:30 am for a noon game that day, the total was just under $170.00.
My ticket total was charged to my bank account, but never arrived to my mobile device.
When I went to the box office at the Amway Center, they had NO RECORD of my purchase, so I had to purchase lesser-value seats there.
Ticket-Center, or whatever these people call themselves, have ripped me off and I STILL have not been refunded my money.
The part that aggravates me the MOST, is that it's IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a live person on the phone there, only a "live chat", where I have been moved to person to person, only to start the conversation over and over again.
If I don't hear back from them in 48 hours, I will file a formal complaint.
They've offered a $50.00 credit, but there is NO WAY to redeem it."

"They crafted their website to look like the official ticketing service for the rodeo, which is a scholarship program where tickets sales raise money each year to provide college scholarships to local high school kids. They charged double the price and refused to refund when I found out they were not the official source of filets. $70 went to the scholarship, $90 went to ticket centers pocket. "Was my browser hijacked? I was on the artist site and clicked Get Tickets for my desired city and venue. It went straight to these guys and looks NOTHING like a reseller site. It presented me a single price, I was surprised at the high price, but I paid it figuring the artist rarely tours. Only when I received my email confirmation where it said my order "has been confirmed by the seller" did I realize it was a reseller site, I won't get the tickets til 2 days before the show (if I get them at all), they say you can not print them and must use your phone for venue entry, and it was 3x the street price. How does my browser get hijacked to route to these guys? I went back to the artist site and tried again and it went to Ticketmaster. So, the behavior is intermittent. Something isn't right about this. I called them 10min after the transaction for a refund and they refused."
