I had the unfortunate experience of accidentally buying tickets to a show on Tickets-Center by hurriedly clicking through links on my phone and thinking I was on TicketMaster. Overall ended up paying over double what ticket prices were from the vendor. This was totally my mistake and negligence, but it still did not feel good.
Gave them a call to explain it and ask for a price adjustment, but was only offered a $30 store credit. Basically, Ticket-Center is a middleman, and it has to make money. They make money from you paying more than you should."

Turns out the tickets weren't accepted and the ticket usher stated that there were no reserved sections, only general admission. "My husband went out of his way to make his wife happy. He spent 4 hours on the computer to purchase tickets to the Hamilton Broadway Play. He paid $1,000 for 2 tickets. As I began to inquire about the tickets, we were told that we wouldn't get them until 90 minutes before the show and that they couldn't provide or confirm any seating information. 2 days before the event, I tried to call the customer service number and kept getting routed to automated prompts. I finally decided to select the LiveChat. I was basically told the same thing that the automated prompts said. Tickets-Center should require the sellers to be more considerate with the delivery of tickets. For a Broadway Show, you want to get there early. I am a planner and having to drive in from out of town for the event. I don't want to get there to discover that I have been scammed. If the seller has already purchased the tickets, what's the issue with releasing the tickets (we've already paid for them over 2 months ago)??? First time and last time using Tickets-Center. Terrible experience!"
