"The tickets do not have my name on them and the seat numbers are 38 and 40. This is for a date and having a random person located in between us will be awkward. Seat numbers should be listed before the ticket is purchased. I would like to return them and receive a refund."
"More of the same as other reviewers. They made their website seem like I had contacted the theater directly. They told me my tickets were in a handicapped zone and when I received my tickets they were not in a handicapped zone. They charged me 2 1/2 times the actual cost of the ticket. And ultimately they refused to cancel the sale or offer me an exchange of tickets. Horrible service. Total ripoff. And the owners don’t care one iota that they are ripping people off. "
"Easy and quick experience - took less than 5 minutes "
"I purchased tickets in October for a show on 12/21. After ordering, I found out that I had to wait for said "email" tickets that would be delivered on or before 12/20! Seriously!! I did not receive the download until 12/21, the day of the show! I tried on numerous occasions to get a refund and cancel my order, but their customer service is a huge joke! They had my money for 3 months and I did not have my product! This is a horrible company to do business with, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Also, tickets were marked up 30%! Scalper site for sure. Stay clear of this site!
There is another site showing all positive reviews for this company. They are fake and planted reviews. This site shows the real deal, everyone's reviews seem to state the same facts!

"I purchased 2 tickets to an event by using poor search criteria. It looked like they were associated with DPAC which they aren't. They told me tough luck when I wanted to return them. I received an email from them with what I thought were the tickets. They send you a "mobile" ticket without a bar code so you can't resell them through another agency. The tickets were confusing. I called and it turns out they sent me 1 ticket. I told them I needed the other ticket it immediately because I can't go to the performance and want to try to recoup some of the $. They said they don't have to get me the other ticket until right before the performance. I asked if they would list them and they said "No " because I only have 1 ticket and suggested I sell the "independently". How can I sell 2 tickets when they only gave me 1? Even if they find the other ticket, I'm sure they won't send it to me until just before the show starts. They have policies that give the buyer NO recourse no matter how much they mishandle the sale. Oh, they also said they'd email me a copy of the chat I had with them and they didn't.

"Was buying tickets for my wife’s Christmas present. I thought the price was high but thought, “this is what my wife want.” I also was led to believe that this was the official sight for the theater we were going to. Ha. It was an advertisement. I ended up paying 3 times what it cost to go direct to the theater.
When I called customer support within an hour of realizing my mistake, they informed me that they already confirmed the purchase with their seller. When I asked if the seller had purchased the tickets, the would not answer. Meaning that they could have reversed the charges and all would have been good. But the refused stating that they could not back out on their seller.
I checked the theater site and learned that the play was no were near sold out. Upon reading the find print, I learned that the “seller” probably had not purchased the tickets but would.
What this spells to me is ticket scalping or speculation. And a website set up to facilitate it. Of course all legal.
Even it is legal, does not mean it is wright.
Tickets-Center is nothing more than a platform for speculators to resale tickets. This stinks.
Lesson learned. Never buy from someone that does not offer a refund. Even it were a short cooling off.
So much for purchasing a reasonable priced Christmas present for my wife. Shame me for not reading the fine print."
"got in a hurry and got ripped off. Tickets are $20.00 each and I paid $150.00 for two. Stupid me"
"Can’t wait to see this show"
"We purchased 4 tickets to Grand Rapids Nutcracker December 21 , 2pm, 3 tickets valid, the 4th- A10 scanned not valid---no admission, the venue could not do anything as the seat had already been sold-----ticket-center.com's online text customer service was a joke, then speaking w/2 customer service reps after 30 minutes, would not refund"
"First time trying the service and it did not disappoint. Bravo!"
"Tickets found to be $235 for 2, which are in the last row on the far left side that sell for $42.50. Thought it was sold directly by the Florida Theater. As BrianEarp said 400%-that's FOUR HUNDRED PERCENT FOR FLOOR TIX IN THE BACK ROW. Thievery. "
"I thought I was paying fair market value for a ticket until I received the actual ticket, only to find out the value of the ticket was marked up over 400 % by the seller. I called and requested a refund and ticket center advised no refunds ever. They also tacked on fees that I didn't agree to. The purchase price was different then what I agreed to.
Don't buy from this site unless you like getting scammed."
"They plant their website link in Google making it look like the theater, then **** you in for 2x prices and crazy fees."
"So far, so good! Quick and efficient"
"Purchased Platinum parking pass for $160 then the ticket I printed that was emailed to me says the parking pass is worth $50 bucks. And the parking pass I printed doesn't have the row number listed like it shows online. I'm so confused now."
