"I usually happy about Tigerdirect.ca and do not want to spoil tons of positive reviews about it, but yet there is point where one can get outrageous about Tiger. They ship to Canada from US. While it's not a problem when they ship, it is a problem when one needs to return the product for reason whatsoever. The cheapest method by Canada Post would cost around $40, so product that costs around $50 might not worth to return at all and for others it's just annoying frustrating. In my case I asked to cancel order before it was shipped. Yet it was shipped anyway. I did not even open the box when it arrived. Yet, treatment is the same - ship to California for $40. Why should I ship product to California when I bought it in Canada? I cannot say I am happy. Additionally, I found product $50 cheaper on newegg.ca and Tiger refused to match their price while product was enroute, thus prompting me to buy at newegg.ca instead of Tiger.
UPDATE NOV 1: After complaining to Tiger about above issue, I was allowed to return (not in person, but any courier) shipment to Canadian location in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Overall, I am satisfied, so still keep my 3 stars because of the ordeal"

The sales person put the in-store products on hold for me for a same-day pickup, and I ordered the other 2 products online, as required. Stock at both sources was availabile, and my in-store checkout was smooth and very helpful (rebate claims of $40.00 required correct receipt info).
