"As a first time buyer, the order process was fairly smooth. The extremely quick delivery time was quite impressive. I actually purchased a product from Apple hours before my TigerDirect order, and yet the TigerDirect delivery arrived days before Apple's. This is an impressive feat if you ask me.

The only frustration I experienced during the order process was the fact that the phone number was not in the correct format. Perhaps the form could be updated with an example format etc. Aside from this (which was only a very small frustration) Well done TigerDirect. Cheers!"

"I have been dealing with TigerDirect.ca for many years with great sucess, I find their prices very competitive or within reason to keep me coming back. I would like to see discounts on shipping maybe over a certain value to be even more competitive. I have found delays in emails for shipment notices (most of the time I already have the items when I get the email, which is okay) and the shipping dates (should recieve by) are very conservative as I typically recieve items at least a week before the promise date.

All in all a very great organization to deal with, keep up the great work.

"Purchased HP desktop computer as advertised in the daily e-mail from TigerDirect. Was delivered promptly and worked A1 out of the box. I was surprised to find a mouse and keyboard in the shipping container even though it was not advertised as part of the deal. Also had Norton and MS-Office trial versions bundled in. I uninstalled Norton first thing and have not bothered installing the Office package yet. I have bought from TD in the past and will do so in the future."
