"This was my first purchase from TigerDirect.
I had problems with the online order. No confirmation until 17 minutes after paypal receipt.
Had problems with rebate for MSI video card. Web page would not accept any email address as valid. Talking with support seemed rushed and incomplete. Attempted to complain about rebate using online form with problems (would not accept until I dated it 2 months prior). Finally got a phone number to talk with someone and get rebate form started. The confirmation number he gave me did not work. Complained via email again, and got a different confirmation number.
Received the purchase and the video card did not work.
My overall experience with Tiger Direct has not been easy, and I thought that your company had been doing business for a while, and the transaction should have been much smoother than what I went through."
