"I purchased this Gateway refurbished laptop to upgrade for my small mobile business.
The computer is vary fast and has 320Gigs of storage which is plenty for what I need.
I have used Dell laptops for the past few years but even though the Gateway seems a little more fragile and the keyboard seems a little less quality than the Dells, I think the Gateway will serve me well for a couple of years for less than half of the Dell price, and anything on the hard drive can be transfered,so nothing would be lost.
With the technology changing so fast these days, I think I will be changing every 2 years or sooner anyway so the refurb laptops are the way to go.
The shippping was a little slower than I thought it would be, but I do not live in or near a big city,so that should be taken into consideration as well."

"I ordered a Breville Espresso maker from TD. The order was confirmed, email stated it was shipped on January 7th, along with tracking #. The tracking # (UPS) was not traceable so finally on Jan 11th sent Email to TD to see if # was correct. Morning of 12th TD customer service called to say # was correct & they would see what was going on. Tracking # showed up later that day saying package was awaiting pick up from sender. Next day it was finally on its way and was received on 18th. Not sure who was at fault for delay, but at least TD did contact me and told me to call back if there was a problem, which I am grateful for."
