Great prices on decent quality merchandise.
The only beef I have is at Christmas time, when I placed an order on the 14th of December. I noticed that regular ground shipping's estimated delivery date did not fall before the 25th, so I checked the more expensive shipping option (twice as much) and saw the estimated delivery date illustrated as December 24, 2010. As I wanted this item as a gift for a family member, I chose to pay the extra expensive shipping cost in hope of receiving the item before Christmas. I did not get the item until January 7th. Had I known, I would've not paid the extra shipping cost and just waited for its arrival (which was estimated for the 9th of January) via std ground shipping. "
