"I installed all the provided software and it seems to work fine but seems a bit bloated. The camera itself is a good quality compact unit which works pretty good. Low light operation could be better and the mount seems cheap for a flat-screen monitor (gravity is all that holds it on to the monitor). Shipping was quick but I wish I had the option of picking it up in store at the same price offered for online purchases. Great bargain at $24.97 plus HST."

"Overall a good experience. Good product at a very good price. Shipment was faster than promised. A minor irritation was the installation instructions. It took a little more time to determine what was meant with a few parts of the manual.

A very bad experience years ago (refusal to make a rebate payment due to false claim of late submission) had me avoiding Tiger Direct till now. Communications regarding my objections were not dealt with.

Never-the-less I will now probably place orders again. I will simply avoid items that involve rebates."
