"Half of my order was received within a few days. Remainder received only a few days later, however 2 items were missing. I called and received an incident number promptly, however have not yet received missing part of order.
Judging from how prompt the rest of the order and incident process was handled, I have high hopes that the remainder of the order will be received within a day or two. Remaining impressed & hopeful of quick resolution!
