"Unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience. The product that I ordered cam quickly but it was the wrong item. When I called to explain this I was told that they shipped what I ordered. I told them the differences in the products and they said they would send it to me again and proceeded to give me a Return authorization number. When the second product just arrived last night I opened it to find that it was the same product that they sent the first time. Two strikes. I was told to call the manufacturer because the Model Number that I was quoting for the product that I wanted was the same as the wrong product that they sent. I found out on the manufacturers site that the number for my product was in fact quite different. Unfortunately Tiger Direct must have copied the wrong model number onto the product that I thought I was getting. I am sure I am not the only one to have had this problem. I ended up going to the Apple store to buy what I needed."

"search and selection function on the website were quick and easy. Checkout was simple and clean. Product is a refurb but looks good. The packaging (plastic case) it came in unfortunately should have been refurbed as well. I will repackage it before wrapping as a gift. Only downside was with the delivery service UPS is barely competent. Kept changing days they were to deliver and the messages they had on their system for tracing were nothing short of misinformation. Claimed at one point that I had requested a delayed delivery. When I contacted them the Cust Svc rep said to ignore the computer generated messages and promised delivery for the next day - well it came, after I had left for the evening and it sat on the doorstep for 6 hours just waiting to be stolen. Not an ideal experience. TigerDirect was fine. They shipped what they promised at a reasonable price point. UPS is someone I will try to avoid doing business with in the future."
