"Recently order 4 CREATIVE VADO HD 4GB video recorders for Christmas. The overall experience with Tiger direct was great. I ordered them on a Monday night and I had them on Friday.

A couple of minor hiccups with the ordering process that I experienced:
> Products were shown as in-stock and ready to ship next day however when I added the products to my shopping cart and selected the different shipping options/delivery dates, all options were showing me that the earliest they could deliver the products was 4 weeks (January 11th)! I called the customer service department to inquire and it took us a while to figure the problem out. Here is what we discovered....For electronic products in Ontario, we now get charged an eco-fee and it was automatically added to my shopping cart ($2.75/product) and that is the "product" that had a 4 week devliery date so it was throwing the delivery date for my entire order off. In the end, the products were shipped next day and arrived quickly.
> Customer service representative: liked the fact that I could contact them around 11pm. Disappointed that they didn't immediately have a response to my question and we jointly had to figure out why the shipping dates were so delayed. Also disappointed that they couldn't actually explain the additional line item ($2.75/product), it was my husband in the background that informed us what it was.

Overall a great experience but there were a couple of things that could have made it a perfect/seamless online experience.
