It did not work quite so well as a home for my iMac hd.
Turns out the config seemed almost upside down from what the box was built for; which meant some severe twisting of the connection eSata cables was needed. result; it did not slide back together very smoothly and the connectors were stressed so much they popped loose. Eventually got it up and running nicely though had to disassemble the black box (easy enough to do: 4 tiny screws) so that the assembly held together. It works just fine, but hope I did not damage the thing with the first attempt at assembly.
I suggest you alter your assembly instructions to prevent woes for a future customer."

"first unit was faulty waiting for a credit appeared opened and used when I recieved it, in order to get another right away I had to purchase it again and wait for a credit once faulty one recieved back at tigerdirect.ca, second one sent out right away after I paid for it and is also faulty(power switch inoperable-stays on all the time andbattery stone dead but useable if I keep it charged),now in order for me to get another right away I would have buy another and return this one as well and wait for a second credit,which puts me out over 350.00 for one bluetooth in a matter of less then 1 week So this time I contacted the Jawbone manufacturer to see if there are known issues with the new jawbone Icon which they tell me there is not but they feel bad that I have all this money tied up so they (the manufacturer) are now sending me a new replacement, told me to keep using the faulty one for now so I at least had something to use, They are not charging me for this like tigerdirect.ca would have in order to get another right away, I just have to send my second tiger direct faulty one to them after I recieve the new replacement one, which is the way Tiger direct should do it, at least that way the customer would not be out all the monies and waiting for credits to be applied, I think Tiger direct needs to review their warranty exchange program and their quality control as they admitted if the first one was a return it would probably just go back into stock unless declared as defective, what if it was dropped or water damaged and whoever returned it neglected to say so now the next guy is forced to deal with it all items returned to stock should be sold as open box and not shipped out as new, also Jawbone says they are not even an authorized reseller! and not sure where they are getting them

if you read my review you would understand I did not contact you about the replacement being faulty also because if I wanted another replacement immediatly I would have to pay for it again or send this one back and wait for credit in order to avoid the 3rd charge on my credit card while waiting for your returns dept to credit the first one still, however I do need right away thats why I opted for your premium shipping the first time, however as stated the Jawbone people offer to send me one direct and allow me to use this one while waiting which YOU don't have that service unless I pay for another up front which would be the third purchase without any credits applied yet-understand what I'm getting at? you guys would have over 350 dollars of my money and I still would not have 1 bluetooth,
now as far as you issuing me another RMA if you had looked into my order you would see that has already been done, ups lables already issued and the item returned shipped which you could have tracked, I just check and see it was delivered and signed for by Jason today. now we will see how long it takes for the credit to be issued "
