"With ordering on line at Tiger, it is a bit of a gamble. If an order is simple and done completely using their automated system - quite possibly it will be fine, same as with my recent one. items arrived quickly, only complaint is that packaging is very poor and as usually with tiger, items ramble losely in a big box (not good for fragile iterms like hard drives, etc.).
But be careful if something requires their phone assistance. Their staff is poorly trained, and a big chance is that something will go wrong. I had the dubious pleasure of having such difficult order a few times with them. To straighten things up and get my money back for wrongly shipped items - took me over 3 months and a dozen of calls, on one occasion.
Wonder why nobody complaints about such things in Tiger's customers reviews? Tiger edits them, doctoring what they don't like! I wrote on 2 occasions about my trouble and negative experience - and then saw my comments had removed neatly all mention of my problems. They ask for reviews - then they doctor them! how one can fully trust such a retailer? Prices are fair, and you may quite possibly have a good experience - but keep in mind it may go awfully wrong, as it happened with my orders several times. And don't trust their phone help - ask for names, case numbers, write it all down - or nobody will know what you wanted when you called last time!
Another order - in february 2013 - from tiger - and a total disaster. A solid state drive advertised for $169.95.
I've seein this offer, and it was good deal. I ordered it promptly. I waited a week (shipped from USA not Canada!). It arrived. included invoice showed I was chargwed for the drive... $209 before any tax! $40 more than advertised! I wrote to support - but my previous experience was repeated - support people have no clue what is going on, and are not support, but rather a deterrent service. They wrote to me in kiond words that therewas... no special offered at that time, and price is $209. AND that the promotion I mention started way AFTER I placed my order! Total rubbish. So, how did I decide to order it for this price, if promotion was not available at that time? i can read well, and remember I ordered it within days of advertised promotion, and $209 was NOT mentioned anywhere. Regular price was higher, special price was $169.95. This adds insult to injury, as it implies that I am a total idiot, unable to read and make informed decisions.
I was taken for a ride for $40, and insulted when I tried to clarify the matter in polite terms.
Shame on you, Tiger. what silly stuff you have, but also - management must incourage such behaviour, since I had similarly bad experience with tiger service before. Bad, Bad Tiger."

"This my first experience ordering from TigerDirect. The experience was flawless. Couple of points to consider:
1. When ordering the expected delivery date was 13 days out. I paused at this point wondering about other alternatives. I decided to proceed and I think the products were delivere within 4 days. You may be loosing customers at this point.
2. I ordered two parcels. One was shipped from your warehouse and the other was drop-shipped. It was unclear on the delivery status notifications if I was going to receive two different deliveries or a single delivery. May make this more clear in the status.
Other than that..I would definately order from you again.

"I purchased a Gateway DX4300-22 Refurbished Desktop PC. Sweet Computer! Works very well. Setup and creating factory restore backup dvd's was a breeze. Love the computer AND windows 7. It even recognized my 3rd printer (my spare)- an HP 840. The quick reply to my order as well as fest delivery. Excellent.
The one blight on this review is that the carrier left this computer on my door step at around 2pm but I did not arrive home until after 11pm that night. If it was stolen how would anyone know? What pain in the butt process and wait would I have to go through to get a replacement? From what I have heard from other people, and why I decided to order from them, I am sure it would be a fairly quick process. But it would still be a real pain.
