"I've purchased 2 VGA cable splitters. One came with a different male end that wouldn't fit into the computer. The 2nd one was USB to 2 male end vga cables. They did not work. I went into a Tiger Direct chat room and was left with a host who was listening, but non responsive. It's not worth my time to chase down bad cable purchases."

"Purchased an electric software download (ESD). Payed with PayPal. Received conformation of payment and tracking number, did not receive a download link. Remember I purchased an ESD. Waited 24 hours and went on line to track. Their website stated backordered. I called to inquire how an ESD could be backordered and was told the hold up was my credit card had to clear. I informed them I payed with PayPal, so, it had nothing to do with a credit card. Customer Service then told me I was schedule to receive an email with the download link within 24 hours with the download link.
An email never came. Checked the tracking and it still reported backorder. Called Customer service again and was told an email with the download link would be mailed within 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and still nothing. Checked the tracking...still backordered. Called and requested to cancel the order. Money was returned (they had there money) a few days later.
Point is...Customer Service lied about the credit card and misled me for four days when all they had to do was be truthful.
Ordered a few things from them in past and never had an issue. "

"Your system does not apply sales taxes correctly. This is not only wrong but could even be fraud if you are collecting based on one policy and submitting payment based on actual locations. In my case, you would have increased your margin by 4%. I may suggest the State of Colorado ask about your tax collection/remittance policies."
