"The process of buying new tires from Tire Rack could not be any easier or better. Finding the right tire is easy with Tire Racks online resources, and it is great to have access to not only professional reviews, but reviews by other customers. Since I prefer to support local stores, I checked with them first but their prices were $100 higher per tire and they did not offer a road hazard warranty (at any price, let alone the free warranty provided by Tire Rack). Tire Rack shipped the tires to the very same local vendor who then got the business of installing the tires, balancing the wheels and aligning the car. At the end of the day, I saved money, received a road hazard warranty and supported by local business. A win/win as far as I am concerned. "
"I love Tirerack but they missed it this past order. I understand that I got a great deal on mg Pirelli tires, but they have so many flat spots in them, they are awful to drive with. I had these tires mounted, balanced and aligned on my 2023 VW Tiguan R twice!! I thought the original shop had messed up the balancing, so I took it to my regular VW/Audi dealership and they redid all the work. Still got the same exact wobble and thumping. I spent the unnecessary $300 at VW/Audi because I know they do great work, as I’ve been taking my VW and Audi cars there for over 20+ years. They tried their best but it’s the tires. They sat for too long. Hopefully after a few thousand miles the wobble and thumping will subside. Otherwise the shipping took all of 2 days and was free, as usual!!"

The delivery guy had the unfortunate timing of parking in front of my trashcan and unloading about 30 seconds before a dump truck wanted that spot. To my surprise, the delivery guy hustled my trash can out into the road so the truck could get it and then got back to me. High quality service the entire way through the process. "
